This hotel is less than a mile from Disney and is in a nice area. It is adjacent to a shopping plaza with several eateries, a Target, pharmacies, and a convenience store/gas station. It is an official gateway hotel that offers shuttles to the park. The room is comfortable, much more spacious than the park resorts, and economical in comparison. There is a kitchenette with large refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher and utensils plus a pantry area to store food items during your stay. The pool is gorgeous, there is an arcade and an onsite restaurant. There is a hot breakfast complete with Mickey Waffles served daily.

Everything about our stay was pleasant.

The staff were extremely helpful. I checked out early on January 3rd in the morning to meet our plane. We had to wait in the lobby for our uber. I forgot the very nice lady’s name. She was the only one on the desk. It was around 3:30 am Jan. 3rd, 2025. I would like to thank her for being so supportive and kind to me. I was in Orlando with my teenage granddaughter. Her kind words helped me get through the rest of my morning. Thank you 🙏. You’re an angel. Definitely will be back soon.

Everything was fine.

It is an actual suite with home amenities and not just a hotel. Loved the location to Disney World and the Flamingo shopping center. Loved Loved the Free full breakfast bar and being to eat with all the hotel attendees. Fun and affordable. Clean and comfortable. Parking was available and Free Disney Fireworks were available to view from room it was all exclusive and exciting!

That I /we couldn't stay longer

Excellent location and style, great breakfast area. Pool looked great (didn’t use it) and plenty of stores and places for food around it.

For as new as it is I was surprised to find some wear and tear in the bathroom area, and there were no USB plugs in the room we had- I hadn’t planned for that since most places now have them. We also booked a king bed but were given two queens, not a deal breaker but still kind of disappointing.

Since you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. At front desk they welcome you and make you feel at home. The rooms are amazing! The breakfast was delicious and with a variety of options for your liking! You name it they have it. All the employees were so kind and helpful! OMG I can keep going on and on. Highly recommendations from my behalf! Thank you so much!

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations! It was so much more that what I expected.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The facilities were more than adequate and well-maintained.

The breakfast was monotonous. There could have been a change in the variety of dry cereal (e.g offer raisin bran and frosted flakes) and the kind of fruit (e.g offer grapes and grapefruit) ever other day. To see the same menu offerings every day for 6 days was a turn off. I was surprised that there was not daily housekeeping service and there was not sufficient attention to detail. I had to call the front desk for toilet paper on one occasion during my stay. On another occasion that my room was cleaned, the housekeeper threw away a cup that I left on the sink and moved items that I had placed in specific locations.

I stayed 15 days with my family at the hotel and we had a very good stay. As for the location, the hotel is close to the Disney parks and consequently a little further from the shopping / outlet routes (20 minutes). The room was spacious, had a full kitchen, good beds, pillows and shower. Friendly and helpful staff, facilities in good condition and good recreation area with swimming pool and games room. In a small mall in front of the hotel you can find Wallgreens and Target which were extremely useful in addition to Starbucks, Five Below, Wendys and an excellent pizzeria called Piedology (try it). The hotel also has a small gym which was also useful to keep training for 2 weeks.

The breakfast could have a greater variation of items, as we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and the items served were basically the same, in the end we no longer had the desire to go down to eat. In any case, it was a good breakfast, honest for what it was proposed and paid for.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room (room 601) and it was great for our family if 5. It faced Disney so we were able to watch the Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks from our window. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, but was fine for our little one. The breakfast was great with tons of the typical continental buffet breakfast options. It was in a great location near a Target and restaurants and only 10-15 minutes from the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Would have liked a water slide, slash pad, or playground for the kids.

The hotel was so clean and so nice. It was perfect for our family and very accommodating to all our needs. The pool area was beautiful. You are able to use the amenities in both hotels. My kids really enjoyed the frozen yogurt machine and game room. We had dinner from the restaurant one night by the pool and did lunch another day poolside. They have a decent free breakfast that we all took advantage of, a couple of times. I was pleasantly surprised they had a guest laundry room that we used. Target and Walgreens were right by the hotel in walking distance which made it so convenient for anything we needed during our stay. I will say we missed the complimentary shuttle to Disney, but that was our fault. We just took an Uber since it was so close. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
