The room was very clean. A good size for the few days we were there. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave. Coffee maker. Shower had hot water.

When we first arrived the ac kicked off and had to be reset. We had just driven 10 hours and we were hungry and tired. I called for them to service it. It rang and rang and then went to busy. Had to call again. Someone did answer and said they would send someone up. We waited about 15 minutes, Again, we were so hungry and tired so I went down to front desk. After about 20 minutes they came up and reset it and it was fine the rest of our stay. The bathroom door in our room needed to be shaved down, it rubbed against the floor and was hard to open.

We loved everything about this hotel! The beds were so comfortable, soft, and clean! My family of three stayed here with a firework view! We loved the pool! We spent two days just staying in the hotel and spending time together! The pool was safe and clean! There were so many extra things to do around there like playing pool! The jacuzzi was nice! We didn’t go in their arcade because there were just so many things to do at the hotel that we loved! The hotels were Disney themed! There was Disney breakfast! We stayed to go to the Disney parks and it was absolutely amazing! We had housekeeping come and they were timely and made it look refreshed! The staff was incredibly nice! I would 1000% stay here again! We ended up not taking their shuttle because the times were a little bit weird, but we took a Lyft and it was super easy!

Laundry was $9 in quarters- a little annoying but everything else was perfect!

This hotel was so amazing it exceeded my expectations . For starters the staff was very friendly and made check in very easy and smooth. The location of the hotel is very neat as it feels like you are staying at a Disney resort yourself. From the theming to the Disney waffles it was spot on. The hotel and jacuzzi were great amenities to enjoy for us after a long day at a park we winded down in them since they close the pool area at 11 ! Overall fantastic stay!

Maybe more breakfast options. Didn’t see enough variety perhaps some fresh fruit would’ve been nice.

This hotel is less than a mile from Disney and is in a nice area. It is adjacent to a shopping plaza with several eateries, a Target, pharmacies, and a convenience store/gas station. It is an official gateway hotel that offers shuttles to the park. The room is comfortable, much more spacious than the park resorts, and economical in comparison. There is a kitchenette with large refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher and utensils plus a pantry area to store food items during your stay. The pool is gorgeous, there is an arcade and an onsite restaurant. There is a hot breakfast complete with Mickey Waffles served daily.

Everything about our stay was pleasant.

The staff were extremely helpful. I checked out early on January 3rd in the morning to meet our plane. We had to wait in the lobby for our uber. I forgot the very nice lady’s name. She was the only one on the desk. It was around 3:30 am Jan. 3rd, 2025. I would like to thank her for being so supportive and kind to me. I was in Orlando with my teenage granddaughter. Her kind words helped me get through the rest of my morning. Thank you 🙏. You’re an angel. Definitely will be back soon.

Everything was fine.

It is an actual suite with home amenities and not just a hotel. Loved the location to Disney World and the Flamingo shopping center. Loved Loved the Free full breakfast bar and being to eat with all the hotel attendees. Fun and affordable. Clean and comfortable. Parking was available and Free Disney Fireworks were available to view from room it was all exclusive and exciting!

That I /we couldn't stay longer

Excellent location and style, great breakfast area. Pool looked great (didn’t use it) and plenty of stores and places for food around it.

For as new as it is I was surprised to find some wear and tear in the bathroom area, and there were no USB plugs in the room we had- I hadn’t planned for that since most places now have them. We also booked a king bed but were given two queens, not a deal breaker but still kind of disappointing.

Since you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. At front desk they welcome you and make you feel at home. The rooms are amazing! The breakfast was delicious and with a variety of options for your liking! You name it they have it. All the employees were so kind and helpful! OMG I can keep going on and on. Highly recommendations from my behalf! Thank you so much!

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations! It was so much more that what I expected.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The facilities were more than adequate and well-maintained.

The breakfast was monotonous. There could have been a change in the variety of dry cereal (e.g offer raisin bran and frosted flakes) and the kind of fruit (e.g offer grapes and grapefruit) ever other day. To see the same menu offerings every day for 6 days was a turn off. I was surprised that there was not daily housekeeping service and there was not sufficient attention to detail. I had to call the front desk for toilet paper on one occasion during my stay. On another occasion that my room was cleaned, the housekeeper threw away a cup that I left on the sink and moved items that I had placed in specific locations.

Great rates! Awesome breakfast every morning! Also, the Flamingo Grill on the property was so convenient and great food!! We also enjoyed the shuttle to Disney.

We loved everything about the property! Only thing we would have liked was more late night times for pick up after parks close. Also the shuttle should run to Disney Springs.
