The location. The cleanness of the room. Comfortable bed. The manager (I forgot the name) was so helpful and supportive as I was unwell in my first day of the stay, and there was an issue with the water at the hotel, and this made it more difficult to me not to be able to use the water as I wear lenses as well and couldn’t because couldn’t wash my hands. The manger brought me sanitizer and also some food, plus refunded my first night. I am thankful for his support.

The room is a bit dark, needs more lighting I think.

Room spacious and exceptionally clean. Bar service great and breakfast excellent. I forgot my mobile phone charger but on Saturday morning guy & colleague on reception was super helpful and found me a charger

On arrival receptionists unsmiling and not that friendly. Following days with different staff service super friendly and helpful

Most of it is great: the lady at the check-in was super nice and kind, room was really good in general.

The noise of the highway at night mixed with the noise of the AC system was a concert that prevented me from sleeping right before a race... I can offer two suggestions if I may: triple sound/thermal proof glass windows. I had them at my apartment in Sweden and works wonders. As for the AC: MRO. Maintenance, refurbish, and Operate again. Yes, that's a bit expensive but your location and service will pay thay off quick.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything! Our room was right next to the high way so it was noisy but the room was nice and comfy.

Our room was very close to the highway and it seemed expensive for a one bed room that wasnt exceptionally big.

9/8/22 = Bartender was very attentive and I wasn't drinking at the bar but he saw me carrying an ice bucket and filled it for me at the bar. Other than that, the stay was great because the room and premises was clean, no unecessary noise from guests pr staff and I could just chill. The noise outside was another matter.

Only stayed 1 night. Did not have breakfast. On site food would be a plus. Nothing beats room service, and I had an uber eats order disappear. Got credit but it would have been easier if I could just call down for in room dining, or even if I would have had to have picked it up myself at a in-hotel restaurant. Mini fridge and in-room snack would have been a nice option. I was on the 4th floor and the noise from outside was noticeable. There seemed to be sirens frequently and other road noise. I would ask to stay on the other side on hotel next time.

Location was perfect and close To people we were visiting. Made it convenient and Easy to see them. The hotel room was clean and they Cleaned the room daily.

The air conditioning in our room broke so we had To move to another room in the middle Of our stay. That was inconvenient.

The aesthetics of the room are my favorite part of the brand of the hotel.

Being able to no more about the worst program I just recently realized I've been missing out about it.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had all we needed and the stay was lovely. No issues. Centrally located for the event we came to attend. 10-minute or less walk to a number of food and entertainment options.

No real issues here. Nothing I didn't like. It was Easter weekend, and the weekend before the Boston Marathon so room rates were high and opportunistic, which feels gross, but I guess it's the business. It did push the cost/benefit ratio a little out of whack. Not worth what we paid, but there were no deals in town that weekend, so it is what it is.

I really liked the room, very comfortable, great bathroom and shower. Very friendly check-in and check-out service.

The hotel does not have daily cleaning, only each 3 days, it didn't bother me because I stayed a few days but I think they could collect the trash everyday for health reasons.

I like the location and the staff were nice. The bar area was also a fun place to go after meetings

Some of the staff at the desk seemed irritated or bothered that you were asking questions.
