Your location was perfect, just a block away from Boston Children’s Hospital, an unexpected stay. Our accommodations were great!! Our room was comfy and updated, but most importantly, extremely clean. We booked our reservation the same day as our arrival, so your having availability at a reasonable price was appreciated!

The desk clerks were not very personable or welcoming, but were not discourteous either. The price quoted for our room was $150, but when all was said and done at checkout, there was an extra $53 tacked on for taxes and “property fees”. That brought our total to over $200 for a one night stay, which was a huge surprise.

I booked 2 nights here as my husband was an emergency transfer to Beth Israel. I booked a junior suite as that was all available The room was nice, comfortable Bed, nice towels, not much in the way of dishes and cutlery even for 1 person. I had to extend my stay for 2 nights but had to move to a room with 2 queens. Bed was too soft for me. Both rooms had in room air conditioning which was noisy when switching on. Great location for hospital visiting. Parking at $25/night was a bonus Staff were great

The location was convenient. The kitchenette was great to have in the room. Super grateful for the shower and sink separation. 🙌🏻 a teenage boy needs his privacy while momma can still use the big mirror to get ready for a show. Thankful there was an AC unit. We don't sleep well when it's too hot. The sheets were soft and the pillows nice and fluffy.

Don't take this personally, but we're all partial to our beds, so they were comfy enough but not comfy if that makes sense

The location was perfect as we were visiting the two nearby museums, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts. The room was very compact, but everything we needed. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent. My omelet was absolutely delicious, even enjoyed Bigelow tea. My husband's eggs, hash browns and toast equally delicious. And he enjoyed refilling his coffee cup! Staff was friendly and incredibly organized. I regret we didn't also have dinner at the restaurant. Parking was very convenient.

I hate modern furniture but that is okay as I was simply staying overnight.

I was visiting the Boston Children's Hospital and the hotel location was excellent; less than 5 min walk.

The room did not have an iron/ironing board. There was public access from a mall in the back, right at the guest lifts (which did not have a card reader to limit floor access), anybody could enter and access guest floors without having to pass the reception.

This hotel is always a great choice! We have stayed here several times. We visit Boston often as our daughter is a freshman at Emmanuel College, where she plays women's basketball. The hotels location is great, it's literally right around the corner from the College and the food court and pub on the 2nd floor are huge bonuses! The rooms are a great size and always very clean! Though the rates are comparable for the area, their a little pricey for us coming from Pennsylvania, so we are always extremely appreciative when the hotel extends special rates for different occasions at Emmanuel College through their partnership/friendship with Coach Andy Yosinoff! We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Bosten in November!

There really isn't anything we don't like about this hotel. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean,.. the location is great! You don't even have to go outside for s bite to eat if you don't want too.. What more could you ask for?!

Very clean and comfortable room. We loved the attached food court. We stayed for a Red Sox game and we had a very easy 20 min walk to Fenway. Very doable with children. Safe and friendly environment. $25 parking all day was great, check out is at noon which was also something we found very accomodating.

Everything was great.

The location was unique in that it was right where I needed to be for the various appointments and procedures I had done at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. 

I thought it was not righteous amount of money to charge, but I understand that’s the going rate for that area. The worst part about it was the food from the associated restaurant I had four meals, three of them were through room service. It was probably the worst food I’ve had in a long time from any restaurant. But it was there and the room service was good. 

Clean, rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The restaurant and food court was very convenient. My daughter’s doctor appointment was right across the street. Parking is right at the location

Parking garage could be wider. Service sheet and hours of eateries would be helpful in the room.

80% of the staff were very good, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable but I was given incorrect info for parking which cost me an extra $40 dollars...in addition, the bartender on Sunday evening in the Longwood Grille was anything but accommodating, he was impatient in taking our drink order and was sure to advise us a few times that he would be closing soon even though there were still several people enjoying f& b at the time, we certainly did not feel welcome
