Warm hospitality from the hostess. Very pleasant woman on am shift.

The toilet overflowed, and the janitor kept telling me I should have held the handle down... as if it was my fault. It overflowed on the 2nd day of my stay. I refuse to believe I flushed differently at that time.. Anyways, he was there to clean up, not chastise... Also the TV didn't have volume on several channels and where's the elevator? I think they should mention that upon booking.

The morning crew staff was perfect Mrs.Joyce is the best she provided the best customer service you could ever ask for it was PAST EXCELLENT it was ABOVE STANDARDS very very perfessional and she had the smile to go with it. I checked out and came back my room wasn't available yet she apologized and she was so helpful and down to earth she went to go help the housekeeper clean the room because she was running little behind which was understandable and she made sure that I only had to wait about 1 0 minutes she made sure that she got me a room she was so sweet and helpful she didn't just stop there she helped her clean the rest of the rooms and I've never seen that I woke up at 921 and called down to the front desk and asked what time is breakfast over with and she said 930 now anyone else would have been like we're getting ready to put breakfast up but she made sure that she waited for me to get out of bed and put on clothes the younger lady in Housekeeping let me know that if I needed anything just to let her know I stayed there 3 days and she told me that each day and to top it off I woke up a little after 11 this morning and called to the front desk to let them know that I was checking out but give me a little time because I had over slept and the owner said not to worry take my time I had taken a shower and everything and not one time did anyone come knocking on my door now that was love the only thing that I didn't like was the lady with the blonde hair had a very nasty attitude she was very loud and she had everyone looking at her she was at the front desk with Mrs Joyce she didn't speak to the customers nor did she smile I don't know was she having a bad day or that's just the way she acts I don't know because that was my first time visiting I enjoyed my stay though and I would recommend them to everyone and I will most definitely be back Thamks.

Housekeepers entered my room without permission. I was highly pissed. I will email corporate office. I only stepped out for a few seconds to get snacks. Other times my door was unlocked while I was in my room laying on my bed when housekeepers just walked in for no reason. I'm very suspicious. Other than those four incidents I was very content with my stay otherwise.

comfortable atmosphere. breakfast was a surprise and good waffles, toast muffins and bagless. the topper were the egg cheese and croissants. the hotel was a great price and convenient to casinos.

The top sheet had a string of hair on it. My fiance didn't want to report it. A small issue. We checked the rest of the bed. The sheets were cleaned

The room was clean, bathroom was clean. AC worked great and the beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds! It was quiet and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that I was displeased with.

Shower was not cleaned, still had hair and someone’s shampoo bottle and soap inside, shower rod ripped from the wall barely hanging on. Our key to get into the building and the room did not work 95% of the time. It was a struggle to get in.

I had booked the wrong weekend and arrived the weekend before. Staff was able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend with ease! Looked like they are ready to remodel with fresh carpet and paint. Great stay for the money!

Breakfast was good. They’re starting to recover from the pandemic “meals”! Coffee available 24 hrs, hot waffles and breakfast sandwiches available.

Nothing! Everything went flawlessly. Absolutely one of the best Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. Very clean facility well maintained building.
