The lady at the front desk was so patient and understanding I was touched.we came here so to a bad experience in life in the first place and she went above and beyond if everyone cared like that the world would be a much better place.

The pull out couch had white stain on it which I tho it might be semen fluid and we have extra people with us they don’t want to sleep on it so we all slept in one whole king bed for 5 people.,, u guys need to throw that couch n buy new one

The room, beds and cleanliness. Gave us convenient room near door for taking our dog out.

GPS took us to former Baymont at exit 127. They helped us with finding your location. Need better location description. Otherwise, all was great!

Breakfast was nice. Right across from shopping mall with dinner options!

There’s a bit of traffic noise. Perhaps if your room is on other side of building there would not be as much noise from traffic.

The location is near a mall and other businesses. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Parking was close to the door. Handicap room was near the front.

The staff was accommodating & friendly. The room & bed were comfortable & quiet. The breakfast was good.

This location is showing a bit of age. It could use some replacing of worn carpet and minor repairs to the bathroom walls. Clean but dated, it could use some upgrades to be 1st class again.

The room was fine the bed was great the staff friendly and helpful

There were two of us and only one washrag, the back of the tv controller was missing I had to hold the batteries in , not enough plug -ins. All the heat went right up under the curtains until my husband placed a heavy shirt over the curtains and that held them back on the windowsill enough for the heat to get into the room then it warmed up.

I love the amount of time it took to check in

The matter that the Saudis are in the vending machine I'm sure they have nothing to do with you guys but that was really my only thing

we were trying to make reservation on-line and front desk person coudn't help. my husband tried on his phone because it didn't confirm I msde a reservation and ended up having 2 reservations. The desk clerk said it would be no problem to cancelbut then it showed up as a no show which wasn't true.

access to lots of local places and easy access in and out. was clean and staff very courteous

was told they doors other than front were locked at night for safety even with key card but seems they just didn’t work at all even in day. had to prop doors open to use them. only given one key for room as well.
