Room was a good size and decor and fittings in good order - recently renovated by the looks of it in the last year or so. Hotel was quiet. Good for parking, this is charged for separately, surprisingly. Eateries aplenty including Outback Steakhouse across the road

Breakfast was not great, limited choice and not to my liking re what was available. Could do better on this, I don’t see any bacon, sausages or eggs for example.

Hotels are expensive in the Corning area, IMO. So we elected to stay slightly outside the city in the next town over. I wasn’t really expecting much, but the hotel surprised me. Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were a good size. The breakfast was good value. The hotel was right off the highway, making getting over to Corning a breeze. If you’re staying in the area and don’t mind being outside Corning proper, this is a great option.

Everything was great. The pool was out of order and it was difficult to get wifi, but besides that, no complaints.

Room was a good size and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Beth at the Front desk was wonderful. Extremely pleasant and welcoming, offering suggestions for dinner.

The gym was much too hot to do any meaningful exercise. The pool temperature was 76 degrees-too cold for persons of our age. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The only hot items were a waffle maker and a mushroom sauce for the biscuits. No eggs of any kind.

The property was alright for a nights stay and had all basic facilities but the swimming pool was closed due to some technical issues. The parking was useful and overall experience was just about alright.

Swimming pool was closed and the carpets in the corridors were quite worn out. The overall maintenance needs attention. Breakfast was closed much earlier than stipulated time and most items were empty well before 9am which was a surprise for most of the guests.

Very convenient, the kids loved the pool. The front desk was also really helpful with any needs that popped up. Breakfast was warm and really good.

It's not really a dislike. But I was confused by, when I booked the room it said queen room with 2 queen beds and the other said standard with two queen bed. So I automatically thought it was an extra room connected to the regular room it's self.

Tonya at the front desk is amazing she deserves an award for customer service., We have been there twice in the past several months and she is absolutely outstanding each time. Welcoming, inviting, pleasant and goes above and beyond. We choose your hotel over others in the area because of her kindness.

Friendly staff, very helpful, clean, comfortable, and great breakfast. The gentleman In the kitchen was super friendly, he kept the dining area clean and was quick to refill anything that ran low! When we checked in they immediately told us about the pool and ice machine but this wasn’t a big deal as we weren’t there to stay in a hotel all day!

Fee things need fixed like our remote had no back, driveway to location had a bump path to get in.

2 tvs, 1 remote.... Broken. If you ask the desk they'll replace the remote. Not vacuumed under couch looks at least weeks. But we stay often and always ask to borrow the vacuum. The let us and all clean and vacuumed. They will accommodate your needs. Shower curtain ripped half hanging off. But I know it's not perfect and it it the least expensive of the better hotels. It balances. Beds clean couch clean main floor clean bathroom very clean. Just little nit pick things.

The staff were very friendly and polite. There were fresh cookies made daily all day and coffee and tea available all day as well. The location was perfect for us because we were right around the corner from the arnot mall and restaurants. I like the wood staircase and the beautiful fireplace as soon as you walk in the doors. They let you choose what floor you want to stay on. The complimentary breakfast the next day was great too. The kids enjoyed the workout room.

The kids really wanted to use the pool but it had been closed for maintenance for awhile. It looked like there were blood stains on the bedding on both of the beds. I have found that all hotel pillows are not the best and you need two at a time to be comfortable and they only give 3 on each bed. We did not have enough wash clothes or towels.

There was all kinds of bugs on window sell when we got there we had them vac them up and when we left there was still bugs coming from out side they side it was because of the pond out back and the pool was close most of the time we where here
