The room was beautifully maintained, the furniture was exceptionally comfortable especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious very clean and included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in ample quantity. Be staff was wonderful and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast especially that it started at 6:00 a.m. since I had to be on the road before 7:00 a.m..

The location was great except for the surrounding noise. There is a truck depot right next to the hotel and maybe it's because my room was in the back of the hotel closest to the depot that the noise bothered me while I was trying to sleep. This of course is not the hotel's fault but should I stay in this location again I will ask for a room at the other end of the hotel.

Best hotel in New Jersey!! Staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great, big variety and they changed the hot options each day, which was great since we stayed for five days. There is a bus stop across from the hotel, the bus drops you off in Times Square (Port Authority Terminal) it takes anywhere from 15 to 25 mins to get there, depending on traffic. Hotel located in a quiet area and very close to American Dream Mall(Second largest Mall in North America), which is a most visit! And very close to MetLife Stadium. They have a nice patio area in front of the main entrance, during the summer. Hotel rooms are super clean, beds are very confortable, rooms are cleaned every other day. Free parking is a great benefit too. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Carlstadt At The Meadowlands. Amazing hotel, if you plan on visiting NYC.

The property was clean, accommodating, close to American Dream, offered a free shuttle and included free breakfast

Catherine, the receptionist didn’t call for our shuttle when requested to be picked up from the mall. I had to call back twice before she called. We waited a long time the first day that we went to American Dream but the male receptionist the next day was extremely kind, polite and made sure to call for our shuttle right away. The wait was extremely quick Wednesday Nov 20th evening. I didn’t catch his name but the male receptionist that worked that evening was Superb!

We overpaid as the cost reduced a lot when we checked nearer the time !!! $745.69 for 2 nights is what we paid, It was about $551 had we not booked prior!!! This is a large difference which is very disappointing so it would make e think twice about how to book next time - sadly we are Hilton Honors members too and got nothing for this trip because we booked via booking.com!!!

If you’re visiting New York City I recommend you stay here! There is a bus across the street that takes you straight into the city for $5.15. It is about a 15 minute bus ride. This hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, free breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. Definitely the better bet when travelling to NYC.

Breakfast times could be later. Breakfast was served until 9:30 and when your travelling sometimes your out late and want to sleep in, so it was difficult to make it to breakfast before it closed.

Unable to walk to metlife stadium despite the proximity due to the way route 120 was designed there and wooded area. The shuttle after the game was way too short in timeto pick up. 82,000 people get out at the same time. Luckily the redds restaurant shuttle took many hotel guests back to the hotel. The hotel left many stranded. Also why do they take you to redds, instead of the short distance to the stadium? Why the middle man?

Good standard and personel. All works fine. Worth to recommend if you stay for business or will travel somewhere else.

The location of coffee service on the front of the elevators is a little inconvenient while morning traffic. Worth to consider one more station while breakfast. The localization might confuse you when you make selection because this resort seems close to everything. Is not! Even it looks walking distance to Mall, Dreamworks park or stadium you can't walk there. Highway, fences and lack of any road for bike or walking force to take Uber for 10-15 $ anywhere! And public transportation will even drive you to New Jersey or to the Carlstadt where you need to switch the transportation = near 1h travel for the locations in 1-2 miles distance.

The beds were cozy and the room was clean and modern - exactly what we needed for a one-night stay. Free parking was a big plus, and even though we arrived late at night, there were still several spots available to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.

There was a long queue at breakfast. Since it ends at 9 am, it’s best not to show up last minute - we waited at least 10 minutes just to get food from the buffet.

Shower. Clean room. -Our AC stopped heating, the staff manager changed our room without any problem.

-Breakfast queue. -Irrespective of queue size they are absolutely not flexible with the time. As a suggestion, it is worth to clearly explain the way to reach the hotel from New York city for the first time traveler. Google instructions were slightly inaccurate.

Everything was great. The staff, the establishment, and the location are wonderful. Will definitely stay there again.
