I felt so safe. 2 females traveling alone... could not ask for a better place to stay.

There is no microwave in the room. For the price of the rooms, a working ironing board would be nice. There is no way to get something to drink unless I go down to the lobby and pay 4.00 for a soda. Unreal I understand that the Sheraton has standards , but for the location, making it a bit more convenient to access certain things would be nice. And I did NOT like the way the gentleman was talking about the front desk clerk when I was praising the worker. very unprofessional

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Steven was exceptional and took extremely good care of us. I’ve never seen a friendlier and more accommodating staff in any of my hotel stays.

A microwave in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Clean and comfortable rooms, comfy bed, pleasant, modern decor. Safe area. Super nice staff. Some restaurants nearby.

The adjoining room sounded like it was in my room. I could hear her movements in the bathroom, door closing, toilet flushing, TV, and her phone conversation. Ask for non-adjoining room.

The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet.

I did not like being charged the "incidental fee" on top of what I paid for the room. Basically this was a security deposit of $50 which presumably will come off my credit card once it's determined that I left the room in the same condition I found it--minus normal housekeeping services of course. I have not encountered this "fee" from other hotels.

The night front desk clerk excellent. Very friendly & helpful.

Nothing except breakfast wasn’t worth $9.99….basically same as I have had at other properties for free!!

Problem with checking in but problem solved.

Low lighting. Hard to make coffee due to lighting although coffee was available in lobby.

Very convenient location and the facility was great with a fitness room, a bar / restaurant and free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The place had been redone, but there were a few things that were a bit dated.

Everything was nice!

The restaurant hours, needed late night meal but wasn’t available! Not their fault but would like after hours options.

I didn’t like that my shower has empty bottles for the shower stuff, I forgot my soda my room didn’t have nothin to use, i ended up using shampoo to clean my body 🤦🏾‍♂️😑
