The location (connection by Skywalk to Cleveland Hospital). The staffs. Hotel and restaurant staffs. All were the best and so much warmth, care, concern and love. The cleanliness, the overall ambience, the space, the air, light. Everything was perfect. We cannot think of any other hotel to recommend to our friends as well as our future trips. Special thanks for Ms. Samantha for her support during our stay. Not limited to her, but also everyone else as well, whom I do not remember their names. Big thanks to all.

All were perfect. Breakfast could have been having slightly more variation. We felt since we stayed there for long period.

I liked that it was directly at the Cleveland Clinic where I had my appointments and easy to navigate the hospital from the hotel, without even having to go outside. Excellent breakfast service at the onsite restaurant, fast, good food and delivered with a smile.

Room service forgot to bring a spoon for the soup I ordered and also brought the wrong soup - I ordered mushroom and they brought chicken noodle and when I phoned down they said they had run out of mushroom go gave me that, without asking me - I suggested the tomato soup was a better vegetarian option and they brought that up and did not charge me for any soup.

lots of things that one just doesn’t see too much these days: the hallways are sleek, clean and beautifully lit; the rooms are large and comfortable; lighting was great, the bathroom was spacious with great counter space and very clean and well lit with a nice shaving/makeup mirror. 24 hour room service available which is great. prompt and courteous service. staff produced free bottled water constantly. the bed was quite comfortable.

the tv was old and couldn’t be used for casting from the net; the guide didn’t work and there wasn’t much choice to watch. my room was supposed to have a sleeper sofa i thought but did not. the food from the cafe is sub-par. when chicken noodle soup bears no resemblance in appearance or flavor to what one sees everywhere, it needs to be changed. avocado toast should not have a schmear of gray avocado

Perfectly located for our purposes. Beautiful spacious room with a great view (which included the lake) INCONCEIVABLY comfortable beds. Very helpful staff person at the desk who let us have our room when we arrived way ahead of time.

The hotel is very expensive as it should be for what it provides BUT it did seem a petty bit of gouging to say that one had to pay $4 extra to have a cup of cappuccino from the machine instead of the not very good coffee from a pot which the waiter was bringing around at breakfast.

The clean lines of the public areas (quasi Japaneses aesthetic?) won me over on arrival. Actually, I was won over by the wonderful valet parker in the driveway--she set the tone for our visit. The room was spacious, supremely comfortable (two chairs for once! great beds). Dinner in the restaurant was superb. Ditto the breakfast in another restaurant.. Extremely helpful concierge who sent me up some shaving cream when I found I had forgotten mine. This is a first rate establishment.

It was clean and very well staffed. The staff were very kind. They went above and beyond. For example, a housekeeper offered to change sheets after my partner had surgery so we would have clean sheets. We also changed when we were leaving several times, and they worked with us easily and cheerfully (staying in the same room). The bed was comfortable; room service was good; and it was quiet. They were food allergy aware. The location on the skyway was very convenient.

The pillows were feathers -- comfy but bring a pillow cover if you tend toward allergies. The provided handsoap/shampoo/etc. were all notably scented. I would have appreciated a full mini-fridge instead of a half.

The location was nicely located near where I was going. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel.

I asked for a receipt for my stay and when I got it it wasn’t any room rate information on it. I wasn’t able to make sure my room charges were correct. I hope everything is correct.

The staff were very friendly and kind. Very clean. The attachment and walkway to the hospital provides a close convenience when loved ones are there and you are not able to stay with them.

No complaints.

Proximity to Cleveland Clinic. Good valet parking. Good restaurants.

I think the rooms would have felt more cozy if they were painted in a neutral color. The white paint is so cold.

They did not honor two beds in the room because I booked through a third party. My mother in law who’s older had to share a bed with my daughter. This was during g a very difficult time for our family and I was not happy.
