Everything. The staff first of all was exceptional. They always asked us how our day was, offered water if we needed it, made us feel at home from the moment we entered until we left. The lobby was so welcoming. Every night people were hanging out in there and it felt so inviting and colorful. I loved the vibe. The room was perfect for our needs, the shower was amazing, the breakfast was good for free hotel breakfast, and it was a very convenient location and super clean. I will be staying here again.

Nothing. Maybe not getting to say goodbye to some of the amazing staff because they weren’t working when I left. Seriously I have no complaints. I’d rate 100 if I could.

There was great attention to detail with the hotel theme, decorations, sitting areas and recreation areas. Plenty of spots to sit for breakfast and relaxing indoors or outdoors. Breakfast was good having hot and cold options. The pool was a good swimming temperature. Hotel seemed pretty clean throughout.

Our room had a bit of a muggy feel even with the AC running, likely from poor ventilations from the bathroom. The pool was cloudy.

It was fantastic. 100/10. I liked literally everything. Amazing shower, plenty of places to charge things, clean rooms, comfortable linens, tasty breakfast, and the staff, whatever they’re being paid, double it. They deserve the world for how amazing they are.

That there’s not a TRU everywhere I go because I would book it instantly. Literally nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was good. Regrettably I am on a very restrictive diet for food allergies. I liked that they had apples and oranges, just to compare. LOL. Alot of standard food you would get at any chain hotel for breakfast. It was good though.

I usually stay at Embassy suites, and breakfast is on another level compared to this. You could notch up the breakfast a bit, as I paid almost as much as I've paid for Embassy suites. Breakfast shouldn't be a price point breaker for any hotel chain. We got the same food staying at a Best Western when no Hiltons were available. Nice but not Hilton level.

I loved the free breakfast and the staff was so nice. The lobby felt very inviting, and I appreciated the pool very much.

I wish the room was a little bit bigger with more space to put my things, the lack of hot tub and the size of the pool were both very sad. I wish I had been given a room with a tub due to it being hard for me to take showers.

The staff members were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is quiet at night. My kids enjoyed the games in the lobby. The outdoor firepits are nice. The indoor pool is nice and the pool area is clean. Driving distance to many attractions and food.

No microwave in the rooms. Pool area needs more seating.

The breakfast was AMAZING. The best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff were all super friendly, and the manager was great during breakfast time. The place is really clean, and the rooms are wonderful! It’s got a beautiful design too!

The air conditioning. And that’s being nit-picky! Would like for it to have kept the room a bit cooler, but really can’t whine.

Our hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was very friendly. Becky, Michael, and Terri were very nice. I called several times and spoke to Becky about our upcoming trip and she was always very friendly. She checked a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Michael was really nice. He asked if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything he could do to make it better. Terri kept the breakfast bar well stocked and always stopped by to say hello.

I think it's good, and has a decent selection that most would enjoy. It is not a hot breakfast, but enough to get my day started.

The noise when trying to sleep on a night in mid stay. It wasn't every night, but the one was really bad. I had to call down to the desk, and that didn't help

Welcomed right as soon as we came in the door staff was so nice our whole stay, the bedrooms and bathrooms very clean! love that they have the shampoo, conditioner, body wash,lotion, and hand wash in the big dispensers! Also have bigger towels then most hotels and they keep multiple in the bathroom so you don’t have keep asking for me!! Me and husband absolutely LOVED their continental breakfast! It was the best we’ve ever had for a breakfast included in our stay! the Egg Frijitas was so good and the giant waffles! Thanks so much for such a great stay, will be staying again when we are in the area!
