Everything. The staff first of all was exceptional. They always asked us how our day was, offered water if we needed it, made us feel at home from the moment we entered until we left. The lobby was so welcoming. Every night people were hanging out in there and it felt so inviting and colorful. I loved the vibe. The room was perfect for our needs, the shower was amazing, the breakfast was good for free hotel breakfast, and it was a very convenient location and super clean. I will be staying here again.

Nothing. Maybe not getting to say goodbye to some of the amazing staff because they weren’t working when I left. Seriously I have no complaints. I’d rate 100 if I could.

The breakfast was filling and there was plenty available. The rooms were really clean as well as the whole property. But the best part of the stay was the staff. They seemed excited to have us stay there. When I say staff, that includes those at the front desk, those serving breakfast, and even the housekeepers were nice. I am sure that if I ran across another member of the staff, that they would have been super also.

The coffee. Not sure what it was but I had to throw it out and buy some gas station coffee to start me out on my trip home.

Very modern and trendy. Staffs was great over all. Property was easy to navigate. Clean and fun communal areas, great options in the market, breakfast was great and lots of options. Super clean everywhere.. wifi awesome. Parking convenient.

The only thing I didn't like was how tiny the room was, especially the bathroom. And how small the pool was.

There was great attention to detail with the hotel theme, decorations, sitting areas and recreation areas. Plenty of spots to sit for breakfast and relaxing indoors or outdoors. Breakfast was good having hot and cold options. The pool was a good swimming temperature. Hotel seemed pretty clean throughout.

Our room had a bit of a muggy feel even with the AC running, likely from poor ventilations from the bathroom. The pool was cloudy.

Very neat and clean! Also, snacks and drinks are available in a self serve counter 24/7-very cool!

Breakfast could have been better. There were only hard boiled eggs for protein, and only bagels for toasting. Also, no one was keeping the counter clean so it was quite a mess with sticky syrup all over the counter. The kids who were guests had made an incredible mess…

It was fantastic. 100/10. I liked literally everything. Amazing shower, plenty of places to charge things, clean rooms, comfortable linens, tasty breakfast, and the staff, whatever they’re being paid, double it. They deserve the world for how amazing they are.

That there’s not a TRU everywhere I go because I would book it instantly. Literally nothing to dislike.

I loved the free breakfast and the staff was so nice. The lobby felt very inviting, and I appreciated the pool very much.

I wish the room was a little bit bigger with more space to put my things, the lack of hot tub and the size of the pool were both very sad. I wish I had been given a room with a tub due to it being hard for me to take showers.

Breakfast was good. Regrettably I am on a very restrictive diet for food allergies. I liked that they had apples and oranges, just to compare. LOL. Alot of standard food you would get at any chain hotel for breakfast. It was good though.

I usually stay at Embassy suites, and breakfast is on another level compared to this. You could notch up the breakfast a bit, as I paid almost as much as I've paid for Embassy suites. Breakfast shouldn't be a price point breaker for any hotel chain. We got the same food staying at a Best Western when no Hiltons were available. Nice but not Hilton level.

I liked the comfy beds, I like the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.

I didn't like the low water pressure in the shower. And the bedframe where the mattress sits needs to be vacuumed. Also, the air conditioning never turns off and I tried turning it to heat and it smelled burned.

The staff members were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is quiet at night. My kids enjoyed the games in the lobby. The outdoor firepits are nice. The indoor pool is nice and the pool area is clean. Driving distance to many attractions and food.

No microwave in the rooms. Pool area needs more seating.
