The property is nice and well maintained, it's close to a few fast food places and a mini mart.

For the prices paid per night a microwave is not included in the room which is ridiculous! A fridge is included (thank god) but if you want to microwave anything you have to walk all the way to the check-in lobby and use the microwave in their hotel store.

The outdoor pool, clean & friendly staff

There was a large group with younger teenage boys that overtook the pool on the weekend. Mine & another family with small children couldn’t enjoy it when they arrived. I did tell the front desk but I didn’t return to the pool to see if it were addressed.

I walked uphill to Perkins since we have none in NJ where I live. The beds were amazingly comfortable and smelled fresh. The room was clean and well appointed. Plenty of linens. Good water pressure and temperature. Decent view. Free parking. Easy walk to conference rooms

Small bathroom. Long walk from end to end. Squeaky bathroom door.

The location was great, just across the bridge from the Capitol. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. It’s also a unique-looking property — not cookie cutter.

The booking.com listing showed breakfast as included but it is not.

It’s our second time at Penn Harris we love it there !!! Very clean, comfortable!!! Love the pool and the restaurant was delicious with beautiful staff all around the property!!!

Location is convenient, everything was very clean and the front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. The beds are comfortable.

The HVAC is difficult to figure out. It's a combination wall thermostat and below the window unit. The coffee maker is a filter pod rather than a kuerig style.

Convenient access to convention center, I did get parking in front of room. Quiet Come down every year so I like the trip

Room air very dry didn't shower till morning maybe should have showered before going to bed. Shower needs safety rail plus bath mat or other slip resistant

Very friendly staff! Great location to Harrisburg and Hershey. The pool area was beautiful and the hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The carpets in the hotel rooms could use a shampoo. Otherwise, everything was clean!

The staff were very polite and the room was clean.

I called and asked if the location had a pool and was told it did. When I arrived I asked the individual at the front desk if they had a pool and was told they did, however it was closed because it was still under construction. They then told me it would be ready in 6-8 business days. That really doesn't benefit us, given I only rented the room for a day.

The hotel was nice. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location is great as well.

Though the ac worked well, the room did seem a little damp. Not a deal breaker as everything else was great, but if I stayed again, I'd bring a small dehumidifier just to keep myself more comfortable. Might just be a me thing.
