The location of the hotel literally could not be better if your activities are in harrisburg proper. It was centrally located for my husband and my purposes, we didn't have to drive more than 7 minutes according to GPS. For anyone going to a concert at xl live and or visiting breweries it's PERFECT. They provide a free continental breakfast including a Belgian waffle station, with regular batter and strawberry batter! If you are the type of person who wants a comfortable bed in clean room this is the place for you. My husband and I aren't the type to spend alot of time in our room, so we also don't want to spend alot. The staff is friendly and inviting, we had absolutely not one complaint!

I'm going to preface by saying we didn't care about a $12.00 parking fee bc there is not alot of available parking in harrisburg. Any parking we found was metered and they are so centrally located there is nowhere to park anywhere near them. Twelve dollars total is beyond affordable and we were happy to pay it as it's a one time fee. However they are listed online as free parking, although not a problem for us:)

The woman who checked me in (and out the next morning) at the front desk was cheerful, funny and welcoming. I didn't arrive until about 10:00 p.m., and I was dog tired after a long drive through the rain, but she was quick, efficient, and she made me laugh. That's a great way to cap off a long day.

The free breakfast offerings were disappointing. Coffee, tea, cranberry juice, a basket of oranges, a couple of containers of cereal, and, presumably, waffles, although I couldn't find any waffle batter in the fridge or on the counter. Not a big deal, I probably would have skipped it anyway, but I could have been tempted by some pastries, toast, bacon or sausage. All in all, for the price, I have no real complaints.

Decent budget accomodation serving simple breakfast. Comfortable beds ensures a pleasant rest before taking on Hershey Park.

The accomodation is tired and wary, so don’t keep expectations too high. Well-meaning receptionist had issues operating the check-in system and didn’t know what either New Zealand or the United Kingdom were. Wouldn’t accept foreign ID. Wouldn’t accept foreign cards. Fortunately we could see the humour in it.

Breakfast area is very clean, and contains some waffle makers, bread, coffee, and juice. It's not the most modern or fanciest hotel, but it is a perfectly serviceable and affordable place to spend the night. Staff is very kind and friendly.

The rooms are old and worn, but the bathroom and bed were clean, my TV worked, and my door locked.

The staff in the morning were excellent. The guy who was responsible for keeping the breakfast area clean was very helpful and friendly. He honestly made the stay all the more enjoyable.

The bath was a little slippy, consider include a bath mat or something to prevent falls? We didn't have an issue but someone else with less mobility might.

Comfortable, clean rooms

Seems that it’s used has a half way house people hanging around outside asking for money . They may has well not serve breakfast had there is only waffles or fruit . I asked for toast and they said don’t do it . The room was very tired in need of repair in places . The pool was also closed which they didn’t tell us about till we were there . Overpriced for what you got .

Beautiful views, even though the room was dated, it had been meticulously cleaned from baseboards to ceiling, I have been a cleaner and can tell. I appreciate that this location doesn't replace all the furnishings but cares for what is there. It's better for the environment. Staff was great on arrival, we had already eaten when we arrived but would have loved to have tried the associated restaurant by the pool as the food smelled so good and decor was welcoming. Quiet hours were respected by guests so we rested well. Night staff was also good.

Hotel prices in general are very high right now, but this one was less expensive than others.

Breakfast. Needed fresh fruit assortment during the week and one more hot item besides waffles. WiFi did not work in room. Needed to switch rooms.

A TV remote in each room that allows TOTAL access to menu. Could not access CC.

The staff were great & the location was perfect at at the ramp of expressway. Got a good rate for the room on booking.com 🤑

The breakfast was very simple but okay. Room was a little musty but decent & clean.

The lady that checked me in was very nice, the lady that set up breakfast was extremely helpful. Location was 8 minutes away from where I was going.

My tub was stopped up. Housekeeping came to my room before 11am asking me if I was staying or checking out. This is the first time I've ever been bothered about checking out, it was very rude and it ruined my day! The lady that checked me out wasn't very friendly.
