I sincerely appreciated how the receptionist balanced not overstepping the boundaries/limitations of her job while helping accommodating me through the process of dealing with Booking.com's unprofessional, unnerving and infuriating service, as I spent hours in the lobby of this Extended Stay just trying to get them to recreate a confirmed booking which I had already paid for in full They kept trying get me to travel to another hotel for a cheaper rate ignoring my repeated declines because I had already spent so much time traveling and more time on the phone with Booking.com customer service unbelievable. But Extended Stay at Lakeline in Austin, Texas gets 5⭐s from me

Booking.com's assistance. Their insolence and continued as well as symantec run-a-round games certainly didn't not help dealing with errors on their end.

the ladies at the front desk were very helpful.and welcoming. because of them alone I will definitely make this my number one stay when I'm staying in a hotel in Austin

I would like to see the coffee maker and some coffee as an amenity when I walk into a room

I love the staff here. I love the cleanliness and the organization. I love the coffee, oatmeal and granola bars they leave out for us in the morning. I love the location right next to an Olive Garden and the mall. There are many things within walking distance. Restaurants, theaters. The manager Mr Whitehead a gentleman and everyone who works here is eager to help when you need it. Highly recommended!

Very clean, staff was so sweet. My daughter is autistic and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to talk to her and give her a high five before we left. I called before we traveled down and explained we would be in after midnight, the gentleman I talked to was so sweet, even told me to travel safe.

The Location, we stayed conveniently located around lots of eateries.& near our place ' & storage. Cost was some what pricey. Free breakfast , free parking ,The staff was very cordial ,friendly & helpful a Mr. Kenneth.Whitehead , Mrs.Gina & ' Katilyn ' whom was professional.thank you all again.

The initial room 🚻 toilet was not working 😕 correctly ( stopped up ) .& room had cobwebs the sheets were not cleaned !!!

Our refrigerator in our room was not cold we had milk go bad.

There was a weird smell when I first walked in my room. Not write sure what it is, but no biggie.

I think it's wonderful that healthy food is put out in the morning and the coffee is excellent. It's nice and strong and the creamers are the best!
