This is a GREAT Property always so clean. I’ve been here 5 time it has been a good place for me to come. Love coming here. John is the BEST. He’s so friendly, & kind. John you are a blessing. What a blessing to have him there. Need more people like John. Oh one more person that’s good also & a blessing too is Billy.

This location has been my favorite to just come relax The rooms are a nice size each room I’ve stayed in has always been clean I feel like it’s a pretty good deal … Good parking, always clean inside & outside. I’m able to rest in peace. I will continue to return to this location. Thank you John for being there great person.

Very clean, good price, room bed was fantastic to sleep and location for my purpose was very good near I35, the front desk lady was helpful and took all the time to explain everything.

My only concern is the breakfast I don't care to pay a little more but always look a place with breakfast include, so I can save some $, but in this hotel it was almost non-existent, just cereal, coffee, some juice, apple, banana and a bread, I mean nothing, I don't know how expensive will be to add some hotcakes or eggs that would be at least the minimum to consider a breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. John & Corey at the front desk were very personable and welcoming. The hotel was an excellent value for 2 rooms during the solar eclipse weekend where every other hotel was outrageously priced, Best Western was a bargain! The facilty, although a bit out-dated was clean for the most part. The atmosphere was nice, not a lot of noise.

The rooms are a bit out-dated, the restrooms are very small/crowded and toilets are really low.

Service was excellent. Disappointed no samples of shampoo and conditioner. Only 1 bar of soap. No soap in the shower. Continental breakfast was not long enough. Not many selections. No pancakes or waffles. No bananas available for the cereals.

Clean, clean it was a great room awesome….So quiet I truly enjoyed my stay. Outside location CLEAN…I will stay there again & share with friends.

No ramp to just pull your luggage up. Not where my room was.. It was still a clean & great property.

Everything was clean. It was great. Was very impressed as to how clean and well kept the room was.

The only issue was the shower curtain. It needed to be cleaned, it had a bit of a bad odor to it.

Nice location on I-35, convenient to the airport and NE San Antonio. Good sound insulation, never heard the freeway

Breakfast was pretty limited

The surroundings felt safe and the room was comfortable. Front staff was friendly and check in and check out was fast.

The breakfast could be better I would at least liked some waffles or more choices for cereal.

I set up the room for my daughter as she was just getting to the area. Sher stated the Breakfast was very good.

My daughter needed a computer (business center) and the pictures from the hotel in this site showed a computer, copier and/or fax use by guests but there was no available computer for guests which led me to a lower rating.

Breakfast was not very good..some items were not replenish ed....not a good selection
