Comfy beds and all the free stuff member get and breakfast always good

Nothing besides power outages three days in a row to me we couldn't get into my room and we're out of it a lot and I could we use any amenities or watch television or use the air conditioning in Texas which is honestly the worst thing ever and our phones pretty much died too so we can use them or watch anything on them to keep us busy nor can we go out and buy food and everything in our fridge was spoiled

The front staff, both night and morning, were very helpful and nice. Breakfast wasn't super amazing but it was cooked well and it was hot and filling (and there was actual protein instead of just a bunch of pastries which is important to me). The bed was quite comfy.

The TV in my room didn't work - it turned on, but there was no signal for the satellite. When I turned on the shower, the handle came off. There was nothing grippy in the tub and I almost fell when I got in. The air conditioner had to be turned wayyyy down to make it come on, and without it turned far down the room was noticeably hot even at 7 AM.

Located 20 miles from Central Houston, this hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. It serves breakfast every morning and features an outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV are available in every room at the Best Western Webster/NASA. They include a refrigerator and microwave and are furnished with a desk.

Bath tub has slipery flooring.

Hotel was very close to my work commute. Also, breakfast was an 8/10. Building was clean and staff was responsive to issues.

I didn’t like that the bed was very stiff. I actually left with back pain. Also, during the night, I don’t know if another guest had mistaken our room or a food delivery company was dropping food off. Point is we didn’t order anything and weren’t expecting anyone in the middle of the night. Not a fan of being woken up. Gladly, front desk answered our call and went to check on whatever package was left at front of the door. However, it was unsettling as to why someone would knock three different times and not realize they were mistaken. Unless it wasn’t a guest or food delivery, but a stranger who was let into the building.

The property was in a good location, close to a good variety of restaurants. They had a good breakfast and the room was clean. The front desk people were friendly. The price was very good.

The room was not serviced. We stayed two nights and were out of there all day starting around 9:30am. I didn’t know if that was the policy and didn’t see it stated anywhere.

LOCATION! There were so many places to eat and even had a Tex-Mex restaurant right behind The BW. The air conditioning, the bed and the shower pressure were all excellent. The refrigerator had to be turned on which is not unusual and our water bottles were cold in the morning. The hot breakfast was very good with a lot of choices and the staff kept everything filled up so that even if you showed up late there was still plenty to choose from. The front counter staff was friendly which can be a rarity now a days. But the LOCATION! WOW!

Usually there is a wall that hides the bed when you open the door leading into the room. There wasn't one so that when the door is opened, someone passing by could look in and see you relaxing in bed wearing whatever you choose to wear--or not.

The location was perfect. Not far from Downtown Houston or Galveston. Plus food and stores are close by as well.

You can hear literally everything outside your room. Doors shutting or people talking, etc. But it doesn't last long, mainly when people are leaving in the morning and coming in at night.

Breakfast was excellent, clean and well presented

There was no security on the window. In fact I returned to my room on one occasion to find the window fully open. Once I closed the window chronic condensation formed on the inside. There were no USB outlets in the room

The TV was cutting in and out often during a little sprinkle of rain and out of 5000 channels only like 10-20 were worth watching, maybe im picky lol

The lady who works at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. 10 minutes away from NASA.

You can’t open the window in your room because of the local hotel regulations. The room is stuffy. The breakfast ends at 9am, and it is too early for most of the hotel guests. It should last at least until 10am.
