Location. Clean. Affordable. The front desk clerk was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and in-room coffee supplies.

Construction. No signage to let you know this was the West Valley Inn. I understand they are changing to be a La Quinta, but a little sign in the meantime would be nice; something that a print & copy store could do. The stopper in the bathtub in Room 115 did not work. Had to use a washcloth to keep the tub from draining to have a bath. The fitness center was closed to make room for something for the La Quinta change over. Breakfast was very limited; all I could have was applesauce & coffee. No fresh fruit or yogurt. The waffles looked and smelled amazing, but not on my diet.

I loved it there from the moment we arrived till we left the staff was very welcoming we had a wonderful suite and decided to stay longer and had to move rooms only for them to put us into another nice suite they go above and beyond to make sure there guest are happy and comfortable they take care of there rooms nice and clean the lobby was very clean the pool was a nice amenities laundry room was nice and neat and wonderful breakfast and coffee Only wish there was more options for breakfast like a buffet but not complaining we had a wonderful Christmas with our family the hotel fit great in our budget and I would recommend and definitely stay again if were ever looking for further accounts as such thank you guys very much id give you 💯 🌟 if we could amazing people great work 🙏

I liked the location, it was secluded from the traffic and felt more like a private reserved location yet close to everything. The cleaning staff were amazing and very respectful. The facility was superclean and organized. I like the fact that the pool and spa were close on the first floor.

The staff had lack of training when it came to 3rd party pay in advance booking and was trying to double charge for my stay even when i showed my confirmation of payment and payment deducted from my account. They were hesitating on giving me the room until i finally got upset asking to talk to the manager who was not in and had to call. I was finally checked in.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I originally had a booking at a different hotel and that hotel couldn't find my booking, so I had to find somewhere at the last minute, and these guys were great. I needed 3 rooms and an early check-in. They quickly got rooms cleaned up for us and were super nice. The rooms were fine, beds comfy enough. Mine had a jetted tub in it, although awkwardly squeezed in. I didn't use it. We were there for a show playing at the Maverick Center, which we were able to walk to. It was just what we needed. They also had a hot breakfast buffet.

It seems an older building that has been kept up decently. There is a bit of an older building smell to it, but not too bad.

Easy location right off the freeway. We enjoyed our dinner right next door, great Mexican food.

Two things…..The pool was closed for maintenance. There was a lot of activity above our room. We were on the 2nd floor, there are 3 floors. It sounded like a workout room with weights and a treadmill. I had decided if it continued after 10 pm I was going to call the front desk but it finally did stopped around. 9:30.

Got a late checkout with no problem and they quickly accommodated me with another room when my original ones has issues work the a/c and refrigerator

Better selection of breakfast food as well as better detail of how far away from TRAX public transportation is from hotel cuz staff led it to believe it was on the route and it's not. DEFINITELY A PLUS FOR OUT OF STATE GUESTS SUCH AS MYSELF PLZ

The staff at this location is always very pleasant to work with and happily help answer questions. The breakfast has very good options available and they maintain a very clean dining area. This was my second stay at this location and I am considering a 3rd stay soon.

I was disappointed that the elevator didn't work for the entire time I was there. I have mobility/bad knee issues and I wasn't able to have a ground floor unit so I was compelled to climb stair every day at least 2 or 3 times a day while there. Thankfully, I was on the second floor. Also, the pool area was closed the day after we arrived and was never opened up again. My grandson was looking forward to swimming.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable.

I was taken aback at being charged for my two very small dogs. I had searched carefully for lodging that did not tack on an extra pet fee and the website for Best Western gave absolutely no indication that there was such a fee. I assumed the $100 damage deposit would cover any expenses that might occur, but was informed on arrival that this was not the case.

Staff excellent! Love the big tub!

Remodeling ATM the hallways a little run down but rooms were great. Breakfast could use a cook. Lol 😘 overall super happy about my experience. Thank u!!!

The room was spacious

The carpet was dirty…stained badly in 2 spots in front of the refrigerator. There was supposed to be free breakfast until 11 a.m. the hot stuff was put away by 10:40. I had nothing, so if you state there is breakfast until 11, there should be breakfast until then… The headboard on the bead had oily handprints on it. Not good.
