The hotel room was clean and kitchen was perfectly equipped.

The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I asked about parking because Booking.com made it seem like it was included, but we were told it costs €15 extra. When I asked for clarification, she spoke under her nose in French and acted like we were stupid for asking, grabbing papers aggressively. This is not how guests should be treated. If you work in hospitality, basic manners and clear information are essential.

The location is fine with me. Very convenient to go to work at Luminy. Convenient for finding food or go to the city center. The room is fine with a working stay of one week to one month with a desk, a small kitchen together with some modest cooking facility. The coffee/cappucino maker at the lobby is a great positive point.

I wish the room would be cleaned, the towels would be changed more frequently.

We booked this place literally last minute on the day, because our accommodation that we booked turned out to be not as we expected. Small studio apartment, but they have separate bedroom and living room area, small terrace and a kitchen area with basic set up that you need during your stay. Clean apartment. Would book it again.

The reception is not open for a few hours during the afternoon, so we couldn't get it, and we stuck in the parking lot, because we drove in when someone came out not knowing that we wouldn't be able to get to the actual hotel parking, and also wouldn't be able to get out. But once reception opened, and we called, they rescued us ;)

Clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you need for self-catering. Nice shower. Great location for the Stade Velodrome (short walk) and an easy bus ride to the beaches. Supermarket Monoprix very close by, as are several restaurants. Underground parking available as an additional fee. The air conditioning was really effective in the Marseille heat.

Floors could have done with a more thorough mop.

Spacious suites, Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is not far from the tourist attraction sites by metro. It is a short walk to the stadium

The parking gate opens using a swipe card only. Hence, you cannot enter until you have checked in or at least informed them to let you in. And parking outside even for a short time is very difficult.

The hotel is clean and I booked in an emergency situation since I urgently need somewehre to stay, so it is good that I can find a avaiable room in a good location.

It is a bit pricey but it might be because I booked in the last minutes.

Finding something in Marseille can be challenging, especially if you drive by car. They have an underground garage. The room was comfortable and well connected to the main areas of the city.

We did not use it, but the kitchen was not properly cleaned.

The location was ideal. We went there for the Rugby World Cup sp close to the stadium. Nice restaurants all round. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Vending machine with iced cold drinks were available so that was great when we returned to the hotel late evenings.

There isn’t much room to sit when you use the sofa bed so a bit tight for 4 people. The balcony was a nice addition though. For summer, that’s great.

Great value for your money. Small but everything you need and more including a nice kitchen with a good fridge and other appliances. Also appreciated the fact the toilet was was separate and not part of the bathroom. Also a very nice restaurant just around the corner called "Maison Campo". Public transport (bus and subway) and also a supermarket just within a 5 minute walk. Safe neighbouhood.
