Location is perfect, bus stops just in front of hotel and on the other side of building there is a Don Qi. Breakfast is half-buffet, which means there are 4 main courses and salat+desert bars. Cleaning is everyday and if you for any reasons skips cleaning for 1 day, the hotel staff would remind you that next day there should be a full cleaning with sheet changes

It is near many transportation options, it is in front of a bus station and the nearest subway station is close. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Easy check-in process and they even let you store your luggage before and after your stay. It is also near various food options esp. a popular one that serves good Nagoya Tebasaki and an Anytime Fitness gym is also nearby. Breakfast buffet options were good as well. Room was clean and spacious. Great value for the price as well, definitely coming back should I visit Nagoya again.

We ended up in Nagoya for an extra night when heavy rain saw the Shinkansen cancelled and we had to make a last-minute, late afternoon booking. We did make a rookie mistake and showed up at the wrong Richmond - there are a number of the same chain in close proximity so make sure you enter the correct address/full hotel name into your map. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel from Nagoya station and check in was smooth, even with limited English. The room was spacious for Japanese standards and the comfortable bed a standard double. Bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and the shower head was a good one. There is a restaurant on premises, however we didn't take up the breakfast addition and headed a few doors up to Family Mart instead. Not as good as the At Inn Hotel Nagoya we stayed at the night before (we would have stayed there again but they were fully booked) but nevertheless very comfortable and worth the price we paid.

The room and service were great. The location was also very good, with a bus stop to the station right outside the doors. The riverside and plenty of restaurants were within easy walking distance.

The buffet breakfast was a bit limited for the price. There were not many historical places nearby, it was more of a business district.

Great location, friendly staff. They have laundry! We forgot coffee in that hotel and they sent to the next hotel! Very good stay overall.

Loved the location, the professional feeling of the staff, the breakfast was amazing everyday. The room was great and clean and tidy. The shower was great, the price was amazing. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend! About 10-15 minutes walk from nagoya station or you can take a bus to front door of hotel.

We booked the room for our trip to Suzuka Circuit for the F1 race. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. The price was higher than usual, likely due to the F1 season. The hotel's inclusion of washing machines was a great bonus. The staff were extremely helpful.

I didn’t like room cleaning service in this property. One day the room made didn’t remove toilet trash and took the tidy towels on the bed.

The property was clean and modern and was in a decent location approximately a 20 minute walk to Nagoya Station and a 25 minute walk to the market areas.

There was only 1 microwave in the whole hotel located on level 11. In the room with the microwave (and vending machines) it would have been nice to have some chairs to sit at while waiting for your food to warm up. The pillows are like rocks

Much roomier than the average business hotel. Higher quality furniture and amenities. Good location less than a 15min. walk from the train station in a neighborhood with lots of eating and shopping options. Excellent value for the money.

Only two elevators for eleven floors. I had to wait well over five minutes on occasion for an elevator. Windows won’t open to let in some cool fresh air.
