The staff was great, and always positive! The hotel is really clean, modern and beautiful. One of the better hotels I visited.

It was really disappointing that 2 of the 4 nights in the hotel I couldn’t really sleep due to private party (weddings,…) going on inside the hotel facilities. The music was too loud, and make it not comfortable. I think that if the hotel really wants to become a 5 star luxury hotel for the guest, they need to make sure their guest could always sleep peacefully.

Location was great, the room and the bed were super comfortable. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Hotel pool (upper level pool for hotel guests only) had some loose and missing tiles at the bottom that poke your feet in certain areas but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool!

Customer Service was the best everywhere we went. I like how you can get a taxi from the hotel and charge it to your room.

The buttons for the lady in control were difficult to decipher what they did. You had a look really closely and interpret the drawing on the lights, but other than that everything was fine.

the pool was really nice and the facilities and food options were great too. the hotel has its pharmacy which was a plus for me lol

i cant complain but the property asked to send a separate link for payment which was inconvenient to me honestly and confusing. i would have rather paid it off on booking.com for security and privacy reasons

Absolutely amazing staff from the valet till the manager Nizar who was amazing and went out of his way to help me in every way possible and giving me good advice in every aspect, the room was very clean, The bed was more comfortable than any four seasons hotel i have been in. I’m not a big fan of ordering room service at hotels but i took my chance on the first night (thank god) because it was better than most $$$$ restaurants in beirut. Thank you for this amazing service i will be back in summer 101% and thank you Nazir for the help at any hour Kempinski is lucky to have these employees in Beirut.

The staff were nothing short of exceptional. In particular Sarah (fantastic lady in red), Youssef, Nora, all the breakfast staff and the two maintenance guys who came to fix our light. Excellent facilities. Great location. Shame that things were obviously paired back for winter.

Leaving. I could have stayed for a month or more. A regular slice of heaven.

The whole experience was incredible. First Kamal at reception was a legend by giving me and my partner a free room upgrade soon as he found out it was our anniversary. Also he managed to get our room decorated for the occassion. The room was spacious, cold on a very hot summer day, modern with an incredible view. Majority of all functions in the room is smart.

The only thing that weirded me out is that I had to make a payment outside of Booking.com to secure and confrim my reservation. Second upon arrival for some odd reason my new local fresh dollar account that I use internationally everywhere was not accepted and had to pay in cash $.
