Our check-in was quick, easy and a seamless customer experience. The room was modern, clean and really spacious, including the bathroom with good water pressure in the showers. Breakfast at the Garden Terrace was so efficient, well-run and accompanied by an excellent service (where the dishes were cleared away quickly yet discreetly). Lunch at the restaurant was also nice and very affordable. The array of food for breakfast was delicious and scrumptious. I was also impressed that the hot / other food were still being replenished by the Chefs at 10am with closing time at 10.30am. The Staff at Swiss Garden Hotel, Bukit Bintang, KL were welcoming and helpful (with special thanks to Martha, Jasjeet, Tushar, Ekhwan, Mashitah and Mohammed). Thank you all for your warm and genuine hospitality during our stay. The Level 3 pool was a good area to relax and take a cool and refreshing swim. As always, final sincere thanks to the Housekeeping team for a job well done. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and Jalan Alor street food market closeby to the hotel. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the Berjaya Times Square Mall and the 'Imbi' monorail station; or to the 'Pavilion Bukit Bintang' MRT. First time at this hotel and it was a really great experience; I am genuinely sad to be leaving. Hope to be back again. All the Best! Selamat tinggal and Terima kasih!

Room was great ! Staff was very attentive ! Location is marvelous ! It's at the heart of Bukit Bintang and walking distance to everything ! across the road there is already a 7-11 , pedestrian passing is just outside the hotel , room was good , comfy beds , toilet was clean and the staff was very very helpful , especially Mr Syafiq , he helped me from check in to checking out with politeness and class , full praise to him to represent this hotel ! im very happy for my stay and would be my first choice on my next visit to the capital !

Parking is very narrow and lift from parking is none existence , and you need to use the staircase , and staircase are dirty ...

Breakfast was awesome. The choices were amazing. A range of Asian hot and cold foods, western foods, fruit, pastries, breads, egg station, noodle station and more !! Location perfect. Across the road from Alor Street. Two minutes from Changkat. 15 minute leisurely stroll to Pavillion Mall. Then another 10 minute leisurely stroll to Petronas Towers. 10 minutes walk to Central Market. I had intended to use public transport and Grab taxi but never needed to.

Construction ongoing to make it a bigger and better hotel. This had no real impact other than some facilities weren’t available like the gym. Not a deal breaker and in no way spoilt the stay.

I stayed here for one day since my flight got delayed and the room was okay. Receptionist worked very slow. We came by 1AM and checked in by 2AM previously we stayed at Hilton garden inn where the checkin process was done within minutes even when I need to pay on cash but in this I paid online still the process was too slow. I bought food from outside but they did not even give me the plates which is ridiculous. But the room was good and pool was excellent and on spot behind the Jalan Alor food street. Very good for a short stay

We stayed in an executive suite which we got at a really good rate. The room was big and v clean with netflix, slippers, a comfy bed, and lots of power point's. Hairdryer available, although one of those travel ones that burns your head 🙈 so maybe take your own if you stay for longer. The bathroom was huge, with a large walk-in shower, and the location fabulous! It's really modern, albeit a little tired in parts, such as the grout in the bathroom could do with being refreshed, but apart from that, v v clean. Loved how we could extend our room stay due to a late flight, the receptionist was very accommodating, it cost us just 150 MYRs which I think is a bargain considering it was until 6pm! We had lunch on our arrival, which was nice and the staff friendly and quick to serve. Breakfast was lush. We had freshly made omelettes with toast, then I had the gorgeous banana & walnut loaf. OMG, that was lush! Fruit was readily available, as was other delights if you wanted it, and the coffee from the machine was delicious. To note, this hotel does not have a bar like the hotel states it does so no alcoholic drinks. However, there are shops literally across the road to purchase if you wish. Housekeeping/reception very accommodating if you want anything extra for your room such as coffee, toilet paper or water etc.

States on booking there is a bar as one of the facilities, so it would have been nice to have had a drink on our arrival, however... plenty of places around if you want to purchase. Slippers in the room are mesh as opposed to fleecy material and ripped on putting foot into it.

-Good spread of breakfast -air con and water temperature - just nice Down side, a female staff named Martha (she is in the restaurant and in black attire, long pant and dons pony tail)lacks customer service skill. My table was blocked by another staff wiping up a spilled drink. She did not politely ask me to walk another way to my table. She coldly said without a simple gesture ‘ excuse me sir’ , can u walk the other way and with unhappy face. Also, I was holding 2 glasses of water and I insist to wait. It could be better if she used that magic word ‘excuse me’ with a smile especially when u are in a service line. Pls counsel her

Beautiful beautiful room! Room 1311. Booked the family room for 2 nights, 8 and 9 Feb 2025, after suffering for a night in one of the worst hotel. Walked there from the worst hotel in about 10mins. Checking in was a breeze, breakfast was meh but acceptable. Room is clean, air is clean, sheets are clean. Was able to request for an additional towel although the room caters for 4 adults, I had my child who is co-sleeping on the double bed. Room is spacious and renovated. This specific hotel has been standing for more than 20 years (I think), they also did their renovation and the rooms were refreshed. I stayed here during my honeymoon back in 2009 and come back here again with my 3 children 16 years later. Children said hands down one of the best hotel that we have stayed and to continue staying there every time we visit KL. Receptionist was friendly, all the staff that I interacted with was good. They were all smiles and was very calm when talking.

Only down side, my next room, 1312, accommodated IDIOTS who think they are the only ones on the floor! Kids screaming and banging the doors, adults speaking as though they are 10metres apart!!!! At 130am!!! I tried to be patient and tolerated as I didn't want ruin people's vacation. (Partly because I know the people of this country talks like that and they couldn't care less of what other people thinks) The location of the hotel was surrounded by somewhat a dilapidated area. Really did not enjoy the surrounding. However it was near the other attractions like Bukit Bintang, Petaling Street, Central Market too.

the staff was very polite and helpful the bed is very comfortable good location very near (walking distance actually) the very busy Bukit Bintang street which full of shops, malls, restaurants from different cousins. the breakfast has a lot of variety WiFi was very strong and covers all areas providing 2 bottles water daily with daily cleaning

the breakfast cost is very expensive (48 Rinngit) is almost triple or 4 times the cost of having breakfast from any restaurant outside (same like 7/11 just in front of the hotel) the swimming poll area is very small and the sitting area around it is very small as well not for relaxation the gym room is very small and not well maintained (the bicycle foot rubber was teared)

The hotel was in a very good location. The rooms were very comfortable, great showers, air con, and general room cleanliness. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We would stay again

I didn't like that when I was laying by the pool someone was smoking from the room upstairs that had a balcony but that's a problem for me so moved to another sunbed. We didn't use the restaurant as it was lacking in ambience and was really geared up for Ramadan.

The location was excellent the housekeeping staff and the reception staff were excellent. The coffee shop manager was most graceful very nice person. The bell desk was very nice too.

The service of the staff in the coffee shop is something that could definitely be improved. The staff who are working in the restaurant are not interested in serving the customers. They need to learn customer service 80% of them. even the room service order takers I had no clue about the menu items
