It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Cooking facilities in the hotel room was a welcome change as I love making my own food rather than eating out. Even checked the utensils and many corners of the room as I am a germaphobe but it was genuinely clean and great. Staff are very friendly. I was a bit skeptical from other reviews but it was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend. Perfect wifi and incredible location right infront of grocery stores and the bus stop literally at the door step.

It was clean and the staff were helpful.

The location is far away from downtown and there are no undergrounds/trains going there. One must use a bus. The furniture is painted over but has marks and the workmanship of plumbing, electrical work and the kitchen area was not great.

Very friendly and courteous professional staff. Comfortable bed, clean room and great location for public transport and groceries. Staff were kind to hold my luggage until the afternoon.

The location is superb being a 2 minute walk away from Battersea Park. The standard of the room was very good (the bed was very comfortable and large, the bathroom was clean and modern), however there are some marks on the walls from general wear (not an issue). The kitchenette was of a good standard with all necessities covered.

The room service was very light (the bed was tidied, but there was limited cleaning). The corridors are a tad loud and you are at the mercy of other occupants who may allow doors to slam (I suggest to the hotel to fit a soft-close door mechanism); bring earplugs in case.

The property is situated close to Battersea park and is perfect for short stays and those travelling on a budget but still want a luxury feel to their room.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was that I was on the ground floor right beside the entrance so I could hear everyone enter and exit the building. There was a bit of painting work needed on parts of the wall however overall the room was pleasant and I would likely stay there again if I was visiting that area of London.

I had a wonderful stay and was really impressed with the overall quality of the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. The location is perfect, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable – everything was just great!

The only downside for me was the soundproofing – it was quite easy to hear noise from the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The size of the twin room was great for two adults, plenty of room for luggage. Chairs and small table, plus desk all very useful. Also handy having small kitchenette with fridge, crockery, microwave etc. A nice outlook from the room. A bus stop outside had buses going to various places. So nice to be close to Battersea Park, and walk out to riverside.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim but think maybe a lightbulb or two needed replacing. A tea towel to dry dishes after washing them would have been good.

Great price, clean, functional and attemtive staff. Stayed on a budget so for the same proce I would stay again. 20 minute walk from Battersea tube/overground,but on the main Rd so buses available. Battersea park 5 minutes away aswells as loads of local shops, Tesco, Bludgens etc.

The room was basic but clean and functional....only real issue was it was a very warm few days and building....our room did not have air con BUT in fairness they provided us with two fans, which more than compensated.

Great location, so close to Battersea Park, plenty of food options close by. Bus stop out the front door. Great size room. Room with near new renovated interior and bathroom. Fast and spacious lift. Super secure basement parking (£20 per day, we requested a space before arrival). We'll be staying again.

Room was rather warm, but we were informed that air-con will be installed soon. Wifi does not work in the room (extremely intermittent connection), however wifi is available in the lobby.

I stayed in a studio without a window, but it featured a beautiful woodland mural that created the illusion of looking out into a serene forest. While this was a lovely touch, it would have been even more immersive if the lighting changed throughout the day to reflect the passage of time, like shifting shadows from morning to evening. Without natural light, it was a bit tricky to gauge the time of day, but this was a very minor point and didn’t detract from the overall experience. And no charger by the bed 🤔
