Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

The location was fabulous, only 2 mins from the tube & Sloane Square itself with the restaurants & bars & shops. The apartments were spacious with sumptuous furnishings. Lots of towels which I love! Well appointed kitchen with coffee pods included. Lots of crockery including a teapot ( which I also love)!

Just needed to be made aware that it was a little distance from Sloane Club itself so would have been better to park & unloaded there instead of having to get the concierge to carry the bags. He did this with good humour so not a problem for us but with the appropriate information we could have saved his the walk! Otherwise a perfect stay

we have a lot of memories on this street since we met here 45 years ago . very safe ,very central near tube station . rooms very nice .

we stayed here for 4 nights 2 of which fell on a weekend. Unfortunatly on weekends there is no maid service . I feel for the price per night there should be maid service at least to refresh towels, take trash out, make the bed nicely

The building was beautiful and the apartment was lovely.

Though the kitchen provided all the amenities for cooking there isn’t a single shelf in any of the cupboards for groceries. The seating facilities in the sitting room are very poor-the couch only fits two adults and is very uncomfortable. There is another chair which is not an armchair and the fourth chair is a dining room chair. This was the aspect we were most disappointed in. We also thought the second bedroom was small-there is very little room to manoeuvre at the end of the bed (two single beds pushed together).

A perfect location on a beautiful street, steps from a useful tube stop in a chic part of town. Our apartment was ideal for our family of four: comfortable, nicely appointed, gracious and clean. The kitchen was ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Some aspects of the apartment needed a little TLC (the carpet, the couch). I wish there had been more closet space in the second bedroom.

Very centrally located and well maintained apartments. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Even though the apartments are so centrally located next to Sloane Square, it is absolutely quiet at night. The apartments come at a price, but it is worth it. We would definitely book an apartment at the Sloane Club again.

The living room was a bit on the dark side and therefore not very welcoming, but still ok to stay in for a while.

Quiet, neighbourhood location, perfect for West End/Knightsbridge shops, galleries and restaurants and a short hop on the tube to the City. Room was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and Molton Brown bathroom products very welcome. An excellent breakfast was available just across the street in the Sloane Club.

Next time I will take my own pillows, otherwise everything was perfect. Garden access for the dog would have been a bonus but Battersea park is only a ten minute walk across the bridge.

The staff at the Sloane Club are exceptional. We arrived late on a Friday evening after a very long flight and the front desk staff were charming and very helpful. The apartment was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeeping service was outstanding and we would return to an immaculate apartment after a day out. The location is perfect - a really lovely part of London with lots of shopping and dining options.

Fantastic location. Steps away from the tube station (sloane square). Quiet neighborhood, and great restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Everything you need in the apartment. Comfy king bed. Daily cleaning service. Washer/dryer combo. Air conditioning. Lift. We arrived early & were given our apartment right away.

We weren't thrilled being in the basement, but it ended up being fine. The washer/dryer never got our clothes dry, but we laid them out all over the apartment & they were soon dry. Just nit-picking, because we really loved the place.

We were able to find the front desk (in a different building) by the directions provided and then find our room on our own with ease. The master suite was amazing and roomy and had plenty of room. Our regular two bedroom had a shower and two toilets which was wonderful with 3 women traveling together. Having a wash machine and kitchen was really nice. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in London. Honestly I don't think we could have had a better location. Tube station and buses practically just steps away. Only a short flat walk to the theater and the bus station where tours leave from.

We got a regular 2 bedroom apartment. The second bedroom was very small and the twin beds had no space between them. Not much for luggage in the 2nd bedroom, so had to use the lounge for keeping luggage and clothes.
