Exceptional Front of House, Management, and all Hospitality Staff ensure that Sloane Place delivers immaculate service. This beautiful boutique clearly value their fantastic staff as well as their clients. Without exception, and on every returning visit, all staff are happy, welcoming, and totally focused on ensuring I have the best stay. To balance personal charm with the utmost professionalism is very tricky and rare indeed, but the Sloane Place Teams do this without even seeming to try. I stay, as a single professional lady, when working in London, and feel safe and entirely treasured as a guest. The adjoining Restaurant and Bar is well priced with a super all day menu. Room Service is efficient and delivered with charm and grace. Rooms are beautifully styled, spacious and light. Beds are super comfortable, and bedroom and bathroom linens high end. Housekeeping is immaculate. It takes so much training and hard work to maintain such exceptional standards, an absolute credit to all Teams at Sloane Place. But it is the staff that makes Sloane Place so, so special. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in London. So, thank you all for making my stay just perfect every single time I visit. The service was outstanding , room great size and the bath was a dream ... As I'm a 6'3" guy I don't often find a bath big enough to relax in, wow 10/10. Lovely Nespresso machine and plenty teas and coffees. All staff were so welcoming and helpful

Fir me pillows and quilt too soft and heavy , just personal preference as don't like down , found out upon leaving that I could have had them changed to fibre , which I will ask for in future as I will diffinitely return here Plant based uht in coffee station would be a good addition as I am dairy free ... To be fair I didn't ask about this either so might be an option I'll ask about next time

Exceptional Service from the best hospitality staff I know in London. Beautiful rooms, spacious with gorgeous comfy beds, high-end linens, and well curated treats. Immaculate housekeeping, really Immaculate, in all areas of Sloane Place. Super efficient and speedy room service delivered with charm . Perfect location - nestled in Chelsea village. The Sloane Place Teams are just brilliant. Balancing superb professionalism with such charm and grace is very, very tricky indeed. Sloane Place staff deliver every time, without seeming to even try. Sloane Place is a rare jewel indeed, and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

Super professional and smart front of house greeting me as I check in slightly earlier than allowed. Absolutely charming lady and gentleman front of house checking in. Chelsea King was immaculate, lots of personal touches - super soft high-end bed linen, lux bed, big bath, lots of high end bath stuff, espresso machine, lots of teas and treats Exceptional value in a private Chelsea enclave. As a professional lady staying regularly in London for City business I felt very safe. Housekeeping excellent, all details in order. Extras include a really well priced room service, restaurant and cafe bar. 3pm check.in and 11am check out is rare! A gem...please support this privately owned business. T

The location was great, right by Chelsea Flower Show, Handy for shops, public transport, nice restaurants. Room small but functional, had a bath, hot water, nice towels. comfy bed. Looked after our luggage prioand post check in.

For the price I would have expected the air conditioning to work, whilst a fan was organised as soon as we complained, it was not nice to have the fan whirring all night. Whilst lovely toiletries are provided, Molton Brown, the containers were stuck high on the wall totally inaccessible from the bath without having to stand up which, with no bath mat, could be dangerous for less able guests and there is nothing to squirt it into to take safely to lower levels.

This hotel is a gem. Simple, comfortable, pleasant. The housekeeping staff were pleasant and the room has fresh carafe of water by your bed. Location was excellent in regards to being in Chelsea. Down the street from Sloane Square Tube and just a few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Location had some noise, but not enough to impact my stay.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable ( ex, I asked what time shops open and the front desk did not know). But that did not impact my stay!

It was rather upsetting that there was so much happening with roadworks and renovations and at times very noisy and I was unable to rest during the day. I had no internet connection and no television for the first two days which was very unfortunate as I had to go elsewhere for wifi connection. My son was alone in Australia and I needed to face time him regularly to check in as he is blind. After paying so much money for my stay I did find that very disappointing.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and although the rooms were a bit dated, they were comfortable.

First day we got stuck in the elevator, and part of the hotel—including the area where our room was—was under construction. We were woken up every morning by the sound of hammers. It was a rather strange experience.

The room was marketed as “cozy” but actually it was a shoebox. Very very small, and did not look like this from the pics. Overall comfortable, but too pricey for that size

Honestly, it was much better than expected. Very comfortable and clean. Modern bathroom. Very cozy and stylish. It was a surprise in a positive way. I highly recommend it.

Slightly small room, but very well designed, so you do not notice it much. Especially if you are a solo traveller.
