Excellent staff, pristine and spacious accommodation. Very high-spec rooms with TONS of linens/ towels. Great welcoming touches for the child travelling in our party (a popcorn machine, a camera for capturing memories, pint-sized slippers & robe, cuddly toy etc). Had breakfasts each morning, as well as High Tea and it all was absolutely superb.

Everything was top notch and I'll definitely come again. If I had to pick, perhaps the continental buffet at £40 per head was overpriced considering the selection was limited to just fruit and 4 different pastries (you even had to order yogurt separately), but hey - it's London and to be honest we just spent the extra £5 to get both the continental and cooked options anyway.

A suggested staff gratuity from the hotel on checking out as a % of the stay I think is rather cheap. We pay for what we require. Contractually via the room booking. Does it say on booking you may be asked to pay more within the service you’d expect. It’s up to the client to reward staff as and when. An unattractive aspect but also to say it out loud to the both of us when settling? Degrades the Belmond brand.

Superb location, excellent facilities and fantastic staff. A special mention for the Concierge team, Daniel and Jamie, who are AMAZIING👏Also the Reception team and in particular Suzette who checked me in on arrival and checked me out at the end of my stay. Quite the best hotel experience in London- even better than when I stayed there 3 times in 1984!

There is nothing not to like.

Beautiful Hotel, very homely. Decorated beautifully. Staff were exceeding helpful and most charming. Nothing was too much trouble. No complaints there. Great location, which we already knew about.

We had booked a Superior Room - it was the only ordinary bedroom left on booking.com - eye-wateringly expensive, even by on booking.com. The bedroom area and bathroom were much smaller than expected and rather crowded with furniture and many bits and bobs in the bathroom. Navigating the room was a task. Also the wardrobe area was far too small. The shaver point in the bathroom was not working and the fridge was not particularly cold.

The welcoming- the stay- the departure everything was smooth and perfect. The staff, the consierge, the room, the daily room service was exquisite. Me and my husband will stay at this hotel and no where else for our London vacays'. Thank you for everything

Everything was absolutely excellent! The room was outstanding and the bathroom very spacious and comfortable. The ambiance was so elegant and the staff professional and kind, they were incredibly helpful. Service was top, impeccable.

Nice location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly Staff. Nice setting and decor. Rooms are great and services are luxurious. Breakfast can be made a little "richer". All in all, Cadogan gets 95 out of 100.

Breakfast could have been a little richer. Alert the chef not to dry out the omlettes.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet fancy place near park, Lori piano and Kiton shops etc Rooms are very big and clean all hotel looks pretty fresh
