Prime location next to Harrods. Fab service with staff who were friendly and helpful. I was comfortable throughout my stay. Hotel seemed only recently opened but already seems like a great addition to the London design hotel scene. Very stylish and super clean throughout with Beds. Well done everyone and will see you again.

Discreetly located with wonderfully arranged interiors remind me of the Mercer Hotel in New York - great roof garden

Beautiful room and location is fabulous. Just around the corner from harrods. Francis was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much bother for him. Always there to greet me with a big grin and to ask how i am and about my day. What a lovely gentleman!. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at ease. I cannot thank the staff and the hotel enough.

The first thing that caught my attention was the hotel’s excellent location, right in the heart of London, making it easy to access all the major attractions and shopping centers. This strategic location truly made my trip more comfortable and convenient.The interior décor of the hotel was absolutely stunning, blending classic elegance with modern sophistication in a way that was truly eye-catching. Every corner of the hotel had a special artistic touch that added to the luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.

Nothing everything’s easy perfect

Exceptionally friendly staff gave me a warm welcome and were attentive throughout my stay they seemed to genuinely care this wonderful hotel located around the corner from Harrods and a short walk to Hyde Park is comfortable and cosy on arrival my room was scene set and felt home from home, the period furniture and stylish fabrics complemented each other perfectly. Loved the jasmine scented roof garden an oasis of calm in the middle of prime Knightsbridge amazing !

Absolutely amazing stay! The suite was stunning and we had access to the beautiful roof terrace, which made it even more special. The staff were so lovely—helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the City .

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect as it is directly by Harrods and was central to other shops close by too. The staff were exceedingly friendly and open to helping us for whatever we needed! The bed was also one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept on!

Unfortunately the shower in our room left a lot to be desired, the holder itself was broken which meant we had to manually hold the shower over ourselves and the water pressure was quite poor too.

The location and the staff were out of this world. Nothing was a problem. They actually made the stay for me. Breakfast was great.

The air conditioning units were not working and I had to move rooms upon arrival but the staff made it easier. The air con units need updating.

Good location staff was good and helpful to me comfortable bed new and clean thats how a hotel should be giving a great service

that it was a short stay its very hard to find a good hotel in London thats good there was nothing that I dislike
