The property need renovation

Excellent location: walking distance to Hyde Park, Harvey Nichols, Harrods, the Tube, buses, and some great restauranta. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was well designed with a large comfortable couch, great desk, plenty of drawers and closet space, fridge, coffee-making facilities, And a great view over London!

No complaints at all.

Location is fantastic, as always. I have to say the bed and pillows were heavenly.

Breakfast was fairly poor, but I guess sufficient. It doesn't make sense to sign a bill of ~£30 when it's included in the room. I had dinner one evening, and unfortunately had to wait over 20 minutes for what tasted like canned tomato soup (breads were excellent!). Also, the minibar system just gave me anxiety. I moved some drinks around to make room for other items, and they were directly charged to my room. Your colleague at the check out was really helpful and settled the bill immediately.

Great location. Walking distance to best shops, Hyde Park, tube, buses, restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable with large couch, working desk, plenty of closet space. Staff are welcoming and courteous.

The property is in an ideal location for shopping and food. The rooms were also spacious and the bathrooms were a good size. Staff were polite and friendly especially doormen.

The parking is small and not many spaces for big cars. The rooms need to he updated and revamped to compete with hotels if they are charging same prices.
