In terms of price performance, we were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and services.

We had the right to a late check-out until 18:00 on booking. However, the hotel management informed us that they did not have such a service and that we could only check out until 12:00 or 14:00 at the most, and the late check-out time written on booking did not match the hotel's late check-out time.

It was clean and simple.

I understand the rooms are purposely small but a little room to be able to get ready etc would be nice as it’s quite hard if your not alone.

Excellent place to crash at an incredible price for the location etc. very comfy bed. Very nice and friendly reception staff. Super little en-suite shower with shampoo and wash included. Rooms are oak lined with white walls and white bed linen - an inviting calm feeling. Fast wifi. No onsite restaurant etc but Deliveroo is always a fun option when 'up from the country' where we have no such thing! Perfect.

Personally I cannot find fault but two considerations for others - 1. you do have to clamber onto the bed so if you have mobility issues this might be a problem. 2. There are no windows and the room is tiny so if you are claustrophobic this is probably not the hotel for you!

Location to get to place for meeting was ideal. Saved me taking any transport as I could do a 20minute walk. As the hotel was just across the train station, it was huge relief just crossing the road to the hotel after a long journey. Staff were most helpful, both on duty staff was friendly and patient and knowledgeable of the area for direction. Thank you for being patient with me ! Most grateful

I think with the compart size of the room, there is no stool or chair to sit and get some work done on the laptop. Not use to getting on the bed and bed actually. As the location is not accessible to cafe or place to grab something to eat. I had to take the train quickly to the next station to get food on the sunday evening. It would be helpful if Zedwell could consider a vending machine for bottled water and sandwich for weary traveller.

Clean, comfy bed, great lighting, easy to find and access, lovely staff, super cool well considered Japanese style design and decor, excellent shower and air con in the room. Good rain shower and toiletries provided. Hairdryer and iron available to borrow upon request at reception. Easy quick check in at 3pm and check out by 10am. Fantastic location near to Harrods, lots of restaurants and shops, bus stops and a tube station. Not far from Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall.

Super small room which for one night was fine but as there’s no room to store clothes or luggage it would probably not be ideal for a longer stay with a suitcase. If you require more space in London the Zedwell Piccadilly on Windmill street (near Chinatown) is more spacious but similar design - I would highly recommend a longer stay there.

The room was very clean and it was easy to control the temperature and lighting. At first the room might feel a little claustrophobic due to its extremely small size, but once you lie down into the bed corner it is amazing! Feels like sleeping in a small dome, and by controlling the lighting you can make it very cozy. It’s perfect for a short stay (1-3 nights max). After that, a room of that size would be frustrating.

Zedwell hotels claim to be all about a good night’s sleep, that’s why their rooms are so minimalistic, to cause no distractions to your sleep. However, I can’t say the mattress was that good, the pillows were definitely on the lower end, and the bed linens on the lowest end. The bottom sheet kept coming off the bed to reveal a very synthetic mattress cover that caused us to sweat. Also, while the minimalist aspect is understandable, some aspects of the room are unnecessarily minimalistic, making the room uncomfortable. For example, the sink in the bathroom was extremely small - like a food bowl, causing us to splatter water all over the floor each time we washed our hands or face.

Excellent location - right across from Knightsbridge station, so just within walking distance of Hyde Park, the V&A, the Natural History Museum. Being on the Piccadilly line made it really easy to get to Heathrow as well as other places in the city like Covent Garden or Picadilly. The Zedwell cocoon room was small, but so well designed that it never felt cramped. Every part of the design was thoughtful, making sure there is a nook for your suitcase and having sensor controlled lights if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bed was incredibly comfortable - the best sleep I’d had on the whole trip! The temperature control was really nice too. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about not having a window because I usually wake up with the sun, but the lack of a window didn’t disrupt my sleep schedule. It also pushed me to spend as much time as possible outside since the weather was lovely in London those days. Asad was there to check me in and out, and he was incredibly helpful. He explained to me that the hotel was designed for guests to have their best sleep - I think they’ve achieved that! Turns out I was the first guest ever to stay in that room, which is cool :) Would definitely stay at a Zedwell again - I’d stayed in multiple hotels during this trip, and this one was by far the best experience of the lot.

Location, friendly staff, Lela was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Great shower and the peaceful environment was enjoyed after a busy day. Lovely and clean and zen like .

The bedding was synthetic , pretty sure ... given the lack of ventilation,cotton bedding would have assisted with this I think. This led to feeling very hot overnight, even with turning the fan on after realising the heating was on. Overall very happy. Maybe something to bring to the customer attention on arrival..

Great location. Comfy bed. Reception and hallway always smelled like a spa! Air conditioning very effective. Room is small if you’re claustrophobic- avoid but we literally just used it to sleep/shower/ change in. Clean and modern - felt safe. Fab location with tube on doorstep. Free luggage hold after check out.

Nothing - but small room/no window/dressing table/chair may not suit everyone but was all we needed.
