It was very neat and the staff was most helpful and warm. They gave services that was beyond what was rewuired or listed. I was very very happy, me and my whole family.

Mattrasses were perfectly all-right, but 8 out of ten. Parking is an issue. You need to download the app, Parking through the night is not so expensive but during the day is expensive. Wonderful little food restaurants to all tastes and pockets around if you know where to look and some more expensive ones are obviously right around on the corners, it is stone through from Harrods. Uber is much better affordable than Taxi's and better in all aspects.

Warm and welcoming staff who go out of their way to help and share ideas of local things to do. Beautiful apartments with immaculately clean and well furnished rooms. Lovely location on quiet side street yet just minutes from major shopping area. Convenient for the museums and not far from theatreland and Paddington Station. We will be back for any future stays in London.

Confusing information on booking.com gave us the impression we could use a local Spa as part of the stay but this turned out to cost extra which meant we couldn't do the Spa bit. That had been a big part of our plan for the evening unfortunately.

This apartment hotel is worth the money. I stayed there with friends (1 couple and 2 singles) and it was beyond our expectations. The reception staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in and stored our luggage to the time we checked out. It was a huge bonus to find a fridge and basket full of breakfast and snacktime goodies.

Nothing could have been better. The four of us wanted to stay in a room together and have space to hang out inside. The apartment was very spacious with 2 and a half bathrooms and a full-sized living room/dining room area that you would not expect to find in an apartment hotel.

I loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Leena was very caring and very supportive . I really want to give her a A+ rating all the cleaning staff were meticulous

I think i would have preferred a room which had more natural light coming in , which is not possible at the basement . may be more information during booking would be preferred

Lovely flat, very spacious and comfortable, great location and the receptionist was very friendly. There were cereal, biscuits and jam and things in the fridge when we got there for us which we weren't expecting, so that was nice. Excellent location in the centre of town too.

We saw a few clothes moths flying around which wasn't ideal as we were there for a crafting circle, so there was a lot of yarn and wool around!

Great location. Really large sized apartment and coma with a welcome pack that more than covers your first morning breakfast with a fully stocked kitchen. Really comfortable bed, great linen and quite bedroom

Nice overall standard and very clean, just slightly dated in some places.
