I recently had the pleasure of staying at Knightsbridge. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary amenities, which added a special touch to my stay. I will definitely recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit!

Very clean, comfortable beds. Couldn’t even tell you are in a city because of how quiet it is inside the hotel. Staff were wonderful, attentive and caring.

Main stations weren’t just around the corner, a slight walk away which can add up if you are commuting far. Breakfast buffet was lacking in my opinion, expected some warm options (such as bacon & eggs). However, it’s just 2 cereal options with some fruit/milk, and a couple baked goods (like croissants).

Location and standard of accommodation. Bed and bed linen were very comfortable which is very important to me.

Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than shower above the bath

Breakfast was guite good but limited evening dining options. My biggest negative was the lack of a jug to make myself a cup of tea in our own room - a huge negative for me when staying in a hotel. Room service tea is never desirable - it is always luke warm when it arrives and usually poor quality tea. Also when I have a cup of tea, I invariable have 2 or 3 cups which I like to poor myself.

Perhaps suggestion card of good eating options within walking distance

The rooms are spacious and very clean (gets cleaned twice a day). The location is very convenient and safe (walking distance from major attractions in the city). Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Slow internet

The location was nice because it's in a busy area but the hotel is in a quiet street. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room didn't have an iron, kettle or complimentary coffee. Only thing missing. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

A very homely hotel and hopefully remains a little secret for a while longer. Staff were amazing, friendly and caring. I was exhausted from jet lag and they worked really hard to let me check in early. Life savers!

I can’t complain too much but I love sports and maybe a collaboration with a close by CrossFit studio would raise the bar in the extra mile way.

The coziness of the hotel the rooms are rich in details also the location was amazing near to Pavilion road to sip a coffee and Duke of York for the best shopping experience. Finally, the willingness of staff to help.

The bed cushions were not comfortable they get loose whenever you sleep on them. Nothing else!

The hotel is very quiet and at the same time very central. The staff are friendly and competent. We were treated very well by everyone The hotel has both comfort and soul. Looking forward to coming again
