The location is amazing just off Sloane Square and it feels like you are staying with friends who own a townhouse. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. In partifular the nighty Sonja and the two receptionists Louis and Gareth.

Annoyingly the fan in the bathroom was very noisy, thus I had to sleep in another room the first night and it could not be fixed, so I had to change rooms. However, Sonja was very kind and helpful (helped me pack, showed me different rooms).

Amazing boutique hotel in Chelsea. Every detail is taken care of and the people who are working here are truly exceptional. Our room was spacious, well designed and nothing was missing. The bathroom included a bathtub and separate shower. Everything looked completely new and more than clean. We had a great view and it was totally quiet - even during the day. Besides, I can highly recommend the a la carte breakfast, the bar and the Javanese restaurant in the hotel - you'll be surprised!

There is truly nothing negative so say here. Maybe just that right now (April 2024) there is a construction side on the street going on. It wasn't noisy during our stay, but to be sure you might want to get a room looking in the courtyard.

Room was great, comfortable, able to open windows, complimentary food was very good, good housekeeping, the interior of the hotel was exceptionally done.

Breakfast was good, but they charged for the juice which I thought was unnecessary. On 2 occasions the bed was not turned down. The Fuji Grill, the evening restaurant was not a 5 star dining experience.

Absolutely everything! Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable especially Trudy, Mark, Emily, Deborah and Sherwin... thankyou, we will be back!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful location. From the decor to the staff to the excellent breakfast, we had a stellar stay that exceeded our expectations. Joe and his staff went out of their way to assure our comfort. We were truly spoiled. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! The design was beautiful, the staff was warm and attentive the location was fabulous. I would not change a thing! Can't wait to go back!

Wow, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was excellent. Fabulously located for Chelsea and absolutely spotless, room exceptional , staff awesome, food lovely.

Whilst the Japanese evening food experience was great I feel a slightly broader restaurant menu would enhance this super hotel yet further.

Beautiful decor, room comfortable and well equipped, nice coffee and treats in the room, excellent breakfast, good location.

Were not greeted personally at check in or any other time. The food prices in the bar were poor value for money.

Such a Cosy, beautiful hotel. Room are so pretty and big for London standards, location is perfect.

Small improvements in the F & B , and coffee could be better and should be served in a pot/cafetiere . But small things that can be easily upgraded.
