Ambience at breakfast was lovely, the server was polite and attentive and choice of food was very good indeed. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel staff all knew and wished her happy birthday in the morning and in the evening a really nice place of birthday macaroons were waiting upon our return in the evening. The evening staff were amazing - so polite and interested in what we had done during the day. The morning and day staff so helpful and knowledgable. Run by really lovely and caring people where you feel special. Room was a little petite but beautifully comfortable, clean and furnished

First day breakfast food was sadly cold. This was rectified for day 2 and 3 although on third morning the fried eggs were disappointingly fully hard. Based on everything else being so exceptional it did not distract form a great stay because the room, facilities and most importantly the staff being beyond amazing.

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us! It was Valentine’s Day so we were offered chocolate truffles on check-in! The breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh to order, no buffet which was great! The coffee was amazing too! Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location.

The bedroom was a little shabby and there was no view from the window The hotel bar was not in use on our last day so we had to wait in the restaurant downstairs until we were ready to leave. The bar stocked many premium gins but we didn’t order one because of the awful tonic water they were serving with it, such a shame they don’t serve Fever Tree tonic!

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location. It was very well equipped with everything you could need to make a meal . The seating area was on the small side .

It was on the 4 th floor and very irritating to have to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator as it is shared with several dental practices in the same building but in alternate , non accessible floors. This meant that if a patient uses the elevator to enter one of 4 practices , the elevator could not be called by those using the apartments. Sometimes I had to wait 10 minutes . Stairs are available but I had injured my leg and had trouble using stairs .

For a single room, the room and the bed were bigger than expected. Appreciated the complimentary, quality tea / coffee and mini bar. Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and station. Friendly and helpful staff.

I would have loved having a bath! When I booked, I did not realise the hotel was under new management and had been completely renovated - while renovated to a high standard which made for a very comfortable stay, I did miss the charm of the hotel when it was the Draycott - the nostalgic furnishings, honesty bar, champayne and hot chocolate hours, Penhaligons bath products (I missed the "home away from home" feel and the little bit of extra luxury which I previously loved). It would have also been great to have additional mini bar options albeit at an extra cost, such as a bottle of wine, savoury snacks.

We stayed in the Town House. The interior is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. Breakfast in the elegant drawing room was excellent with views of Cadogan Gardens. The location is superb. The pedestrianised part of Pavilion Road is metres away. Sloane Square, Sloane Street and the King's Road minutes away. A highlight for me was being so close to the Saatchi Gallery. One night we had dinner in the Hans' Bar and Grill which is part of Number 11. A modern dining room with a buzzy vibe. Very good food and a very decent wine list.

The staff was exceptional, no matter what hour of the day. Everything was clean and fresh and well-equipped. We loved the location next to Pavilion Street, and we enjoyed several meals at restaurants on Pavilion Street, plus the market, the cheese shop and the bakery were enjoyed during our stay.

Very little counter space in the beautiful new bathroom. So I used the desk with the mirror to apply my cosmetics, but the mirror isn’t lit. A lighted mirror would be perfect. Also, I couldn’t plug the iron in anywhere except over near the coffee station.

11 Cadogan is a sea of calm. Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Sloane Square and close to many attractions and shopping including Harrod’s. From the moment you walked in it was like being greeted like an old friend and treated with care and attention to detail unrivaled in any recent hotel stay in London.

Sad to say their Bar was closed however drinks were available in the library and lounge.

This is such a well-appointed hotel in a great location; excellent service, comfortable spaces, and walkable to many activities.

The location for us was perfect And the hotel was very clean.

Nothing that we didn’t like. The only think that we found a bit of a shame was that due to the nature of the building no one explained to us all the parts of the hotel. Breakfast room, bars, lounges, etc, we were left to find out for ourselves. It would be good to have details in the room. Other than that all was ok.

I stayed at the sister property, Chelsea Townhouse (formerly The Draycott) which I booked through 11 Cadogan Gardens’ Booking listing. It was there grand op Ning after rebranding and everything feels new and fresh. While my single was tiny, it was thoughtfully designed and immensely tasteful and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced on holiday. The staff were exceptional and caring, going above and beyond when I took my luggage to the wrong location or asked for ice to prevent swelling after a fall. They remembered me and greeted me by name. I cannot say enough about their professionalism.

The person who showed me to my room didn’t explain where I could find the accessible outlet/usb charger or AC controls. I did find the former and asked another staff member to show me the latter. It would’ve been nice to have a minibar in the room.
