Ambience at breakfast was lovely, the server was polite and attentive and choice of food was very good indeed. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel staff all knew and wished her happy birthday in the morning and in the evening a really nice place of birthday macaroons were waiting upon our return in the evening. The evening staff were amazing - so polite and interested in what we had done during the day. The morning and day staff so helpful and knowledgable. Run by really lovely and caring people where you feel special. Room was a little petite but beautifully comfortable, clean and furnished

First day breakfast food was sadly cold. This was rectified for day 2 and 3 although on third morning the fried eggs were disappointingly fully hard. Based on everything else being so exceptional it did not distract form a great stay because the room, facilities and most importantly the staff being beyond amazing.

I have been staying at this hotel for years . The decor, location , staff are all wonderful and the room rate is reasonable, given London prices. It’s a 3 minute walk to Sloane Square tube station and multiple bus stops and walking distance to anything in Chelsea or Knightsbridge you would want to see. However, it’s the friendliness of the staff for whom nothing is too much trouble that keeps me coming back . They always make me feel very welcome. The attached restaurant - Hans Bar and Grill - is very good , with seasonal dishes and an outdoor terrace on Pavilion Road for summer dining .

I would like a small refrigerator in the room to keep water cool or for milk so that I could enjoy the use of the Nespresso machine . I’m not a fan of UHT milk .

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us! It was Valentine’s Day so we were offered chocolate truffles on check-in! The breakfast was excellent - cooked fresh to order, no buffet which was great! The coffee was amazing too! Bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location.

The bedroom was a little shabby and there was no view from the window The hotel bar was not in use on our last day so we had to wait in the restaurant downstairs until we were ready to leave. The bar stocked many premium gins but we didn’t order one because of the awful tonic water they were serving with it, such a shame they don’t serve Fever Tree tonic!

The location is perfect with a small village atmosphere while also having wonderful access to broader Chelsea. Great transport links in close proximity to greater London. Breakfast is sensational and the entire team of the hotel are professional, courteous and friendly.

The hotel needs some updating but retains its old world charm.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location. It was very well equipped with everything you could need to make a meal . The seating area was on the small side .

It was on the 4 th floor and very irritating to have to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator as it is shared with several dental practices in the same building but in alternate , non accessible floors. This meant that if a patient uses the elevator to enter one of 4 practices , the elevator could not be called by those using the apartments. Sometimes I had to wait 10 minutes . Stairs are available but I had injured my leg and had trouble using stairs .

For a single room, the room and the bed were bigger than expected. Appreciated the complimentary, quality tea / coffee and mini bar. Excellent location close to restaurants, shops and station. Friendly and helpful staff.

I would have loved having a bath! When I booked, I did not realise the hotel was under new management and had been completely renovated - while renovated to a high standard which made for a very comfortable stay, I did miss the charm of the hotel when it was the Draycott - the nostalgic furnishings, honesty bar, champayne and hot chocolate hours, Penhaligons bath products (I missed the "home away from home" feel and the little bit of extra luxury which I previously loved). It would have also been great to have additional mini bar options albeit at an extra cost, such as a bottle of wine, savoury snacks.

The location of the hotel was perfect, so easy to explore London from. The decor was fabulously Victorian with a modern twist. As well as having use of the other hotel in the square. But the pinnacle of the stay were the staff. They were absolutely brilliant. So kind and thoughtful, made us feel so welcome and looked after. I can’t thank them enough for our wonderful stay.

We stayed in the Town House. The interior is beautiful. The staff are exceptional. Breakfast in the elegant drawing room was excellent with views of Cadogan Gardens. The location is superb. The pedestrianised part of Pavilion Road is metres away. Sloane Square, Sloane Street and the King's Road minutes away. A highlight for me was being so close to the Saatchi Gallery. One night we had dinner in the Hans' Bar and Grill which is part of Number 11. A modern dining room with a buzzy vibe. Very good food and a very decent wine list.

Breakfast was delicious. Room / hotel was lovely . My only criticism is that we got back to hotel at 10 pm on Saturday night. We wanted drinks- but the bar was already closed ? ? Plenty of staff milling around - in fairness they did reopen the bar and allowed us I drink each !! We’d have happily spent a few hours there , so the hotel lost out on the revenue.

Absolutely love this hotel location is exceptional. Beautiful interiors and amazing staff especially the Reception team and James, The Head Concierge. James was a real standout for us, incredible service and managed to get us dinner reservations in two fabulous restaurants; Fallow and Daphne’s. This is our new go to now we love this place. ❤️
