Location, size of the flat. Was happily surprised to find 2 and a half bathrooms. I have to say it wasn’t clear beforehand

No housekeeping for the 2 nights. Towels were far from clean

Location Location Location. Hyde Park walks with fresh hipster coffee amounts all the wealth.

I had basement room so no view, and everyone from street level could see into the house. It was also pricey, but worked paid, and you cannot beat that price on location.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very modern/updated. We had great space with a living area, kitchen (fully equipped), bedroom and 2 baths. The washer/dryer was also great to have access to during our stay. The whole property was very clean and very safe. Beds were also quite comfy. The staff was exceptional and helpful. Location is a little distance from public transportation but not more than a short walk. Great area. Convenient to have a grocery store and shops within 2 blocks. Would certainly stay here again.

Was a little further from the metro accesses than I expected.

For anyone sick of hotel rooms this place is a gem, with space to get work done while the fam chilled out. Location is perfect, we love the Chelsea area and all our top spots were a short walk away. The apartment had all the basics in the kitchen when we arrived which made life easier at check in to sit down for a tea and a snack, this happens so rarely it was a mark of how well managed the hotel is. Highly recommend.

There is an elevator but you may have an internal staircase or two to navigate if you have heavy bags. We left our luggage in the hallway instead of taking it up ti the bedroom and it worked fine for us.

In the heart of beautiful London, in Nicebridge, near Harrods, the Jumeirah Hotel is suitable for families and has all the services. It has security and security around the clock. It is monitored by cameras and is well locked. Protection for guests surrounding the residence is everything.

All the male employees are respectful, cheerful and helpful, except for the female employees who are unhelpful and do not respect the guests and do not provide the simplest service in any way.

Great location- apartment was good size and very clean. Comfortable bed and well kitted out kitchen. Pleased that tea coffee cereal and bottled water provided. Easy walk from tube and to V&A, Harrods, Sloane Square and kings Road. Friendly staffed reception. Excellent air con was great due to hot weather. Surprised that traffic noise was not a problem at all. Would definitely book again.

UHT milk (prefer fresh)- but Waitrose very close to get own provisions

The property location, safety, cleanliness and the front desk officers ( Sabrina, Abdulrahman and George). They were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’m definitely coming back to stay in this property on my next visit to London.

Apartment 03: No mirrors in the room. Need a long mirror. Bed is not very comfortable

The place is located near Sloane Square tube station. It took 10 min to walk. Also same distance to Knightsbridge station. Near to Harrods and luxury shops. The property was big and clean. It has a long balcony with nice view to city. Kitchen were full equipped with Kettle fridge etc. We did not cook , but is good for families who prefer to have dinner inside. Very nice shampoo and conditioner for hairs. Opposite the building there is an Italian restaurant.

There were 3 toilets, all of them were a little high. Were not comfortable for me and might be considered for short people(160cm). we also had late flight and there was only toilet downstairs for staff we had to use. Lobby was too small and we couldn’t wait there as cleaning around with vacuum cleaner and cleaning lady was spraying all over next to us and coffee table. Although we were very tired of walking we couldn’t sit there and had to leave. Was feeling weird but in general ok. Also there was a 500 GBP deposit for 2 bedrooms which I did not know when booked.

Very steep difficult even dangerous stairs to get into my room, which wouldn’t be suitable for older travelers.

Wonderful apartment, and lovely staff, great location, I spent 3 weeks there, and definitely would comeback, many thanks to Sabrina and Abdulrahman, and all the lovely staff. ❤️🇦🇪❤️
