Very noisy corridor.

Reception, ambience, concierge, rooms, terrace - everything was top notch. The Hari Hotel is cozy and chic, location is perfect - the area is quiet and upscale, while close to Knightsbridge and most other areas worth visiting. There are lots of great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Breakfast was great too.

Upon check out the staff include a DAILY 5% charge to the final bill - this is like a "tip" and can be removed from the bill upon request. We didn't want to make a bad impression, so we paid it, but it's quite ridiculous. This is not USA, tipping must remain voluntary and not something you can just assume.

I used to stay here all the time when I had guests at my home on Lyall street. Used to be known as the “Belgravia Shafts” 6yrs ago or something like that they’ve done a great job on bringing the hearty vibe of belgravia to the hotel yet keeping it low-key and intimate. See you all soon! 💛

This is our second stay at the Hari We love the location as it is central to so many different places but very secluded and quiet. A ten minute walk in two directions to the tube at either Knightsbridge or Sloane Square. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff outstanding along with the wonderful food.

The only things we could comment on would be the bathroom sink doesn’t drain well, just very slowly. we also remember this from our last stay and the toilet flush in our room needed to be held until flushed properly as it would stop as soon as the button was released. Not really a complaint though.

Breakfast wasn't great. It was just fine. We were really supriced when during check out lady at reception told us that we have some extras to paid. We have ordered nothing. It was a tip for stay! We didn't agree and didn't pay. It is not elegant. You should ask first if we would like to pay a tip, not inform us that we have some extra to pay. We have also made a reservation for twin bed room. Hotel gave us a studio with sofa. It is not an upgrade. And I didn't ask for it. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Twin bed is not a bed + sofa.

This hotel is definitely worth going back to. The vibe from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us before we even asked. The room had a large walk-in shower and toilet area. The Jo Love toiletries were really nice. The mattress was very comfortable, and the blanket was especially cozy. We had a great memory here and will definitely be going back.

The room I booked didn’t have a sofa by the window, as shown on Booking.com. I’m not sure if I stayed in the same room type I booked or not. However, the staff assured me it could be the same. Overall, everything was great though.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was clean, house keeping is doing their job in good way , the concierge guy( cristian) was so friendly and helpful

I have issue with the hotel regarding my order from outside restaurant , my order is delivered to reception and it was under my name but unfortunately no one give me a call from reception or even deliver it to my room , so I payed for that and I didn’t receive my food moreover they are acting like it’s not our fault and they didn’t offer me any solution or refund , they have to deal with this thing and act like 5 star hotel but unfortunately they didn’t

I absolutely loved my stay at The Hari. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms are beautifully designed—elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to everything I needed in London. It truly felt like a boutique luxury experience with a warm and personal touch. I will definitely return!
