The clean attractive modern styling - it had what was needed in the kitchen. The kitchen was very small but workable.

The shower ! It was almost absurdly small - my husband is 6’1” and to contort himself to fit in. And a rain shower that was not flexible or moveable was a bad choice in such a small space. Very difficult to not get one’s hair wet. I would stay again but it is something that should be modified.

Very good location, metro station few steps away. Spacious apartment. Nicely furnished.

Our apartment was on a higher floor and first few days elevator was not working, hence there were 50 steps each way to make which wasn’t convenient with a small child or to carry luggage. We have booked a cot for a baby, which is extra fee and it came broken, the other day they provided another one but said according NHS recommendations we cannot provide mattress, pillow or bedding’s which is ridiculous as how I would travel with mattress for a leisure stay. They shouldn’t charge for a cot at all. The cleaning was average, some crumbs and dust around.

A wonderful apartment in one of London's most adorned addresses with easy access and all the necessary amenities. We stayed at the Belgravia Suite which is an apartment of 68 square meters (very spacious for London standards) that could easily fit a family of four since it has 2 double beds (one in a separate bedroom and one in the seating area). We were 2 and we enjoyed the space. The apartment is facing the street with a wonderful view and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and many closets. It is nicely decorated and we felt like home. I usually stay in a friend's house in London and I got the same feeling from this little gem. I highly recommend it if you want to stay in Chelsea.

My only concern was the communication between the management company of the property and the staff at the reception. I specifically asked the previous day at the management company if we could drop our luggage at 14:00 since we have arranged to be dropped off after a long journey by a taxi at that specific time. They reassured me that it was fine but unfortunately we waited one hour on the street before the receptionist was there (they even told me he was away at lunch!!!). The receptionist was quite ok and told me that he did not receive the message of my arrival and offered an early check in. In general I would expect a more professional and solution oriented approach. Other than that everything was great!

We loved the location and the property. Being right next to the tube station was so convenient. It was also easy to get an Uber or Taxi as well. The location is in a beautiful area, and there were times we walked a lot for shopping and dining in the Sloan Gardens area. Isaac at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and charming, and we loved seeing his smiling face every morning. We were also lucky to be there during the Chelsea flower show.

the shower was a little tricky getting in and out of. Although our group could get in and out, we still had to be careful not to slip - not much room between the glass and vanity. I think a sliding glass door or a shower curtain would give more room to enter and exit the shower.

I am so happy that I have found this property !!.. a beautiful building and a beautiful apartment with high ceiling and fresh minimal decoration !.. perfect !!. The location is just amazing !.. this property just made our holiday just complete !..

One thing !.. we have stayed for 7 nights and I have requested a cleaning mid stay .. but the complementary cleaning which for free only happens every after 7 days !.. which was useless for us as we have left after 7 days stay !.. and the cost of cleaning by paying for it is £110. I did I suggest to the management to consider a mid stay cleaning for people staying for 7 nights !

The flat was gorgeous, very comfortable except that there is no air conditioning. It was hot outside the days we were there and the flat stayed quite hot. It would be a better winter stay, I believe. Other than that, the place was impeccably clean and fresh, the furnishings all very comfortable, the kitchenette perfect and the ensuite laundry was a bonus. The staff were very kind and pleasant and the neighbourhood quiet at night. The Ebury Suite was an excellent choice and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The lack of air conditioning and the fans were not very useful.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Sloane Square underground and close to great shopping and many good restaurants. Safe and upscale neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and utilitarian. Our unit on the second floor in the back of the building was quiet and light with plenty of windows and lovely views of trees. Great elevator (lift) access. Building lobby is staffed from morning till 6 PM with friendly, helpful people.

Furnishings are spare and utilitarian.. The unit is devoid of any soul, and could benefit from some pretty colored pillows and wall pictures. The bathroom is small but functional, however the shower/tub side is very high and the tub is super slippery with no handholds. Definite problems for anyone with any balance or mobility issues.

The location was excellent, close to the underground stop, and just a great part of London. The flat was beautiful and clean, and had all amenities we needed including refrigerator, laundry, microwave, coffee maker. Having a washing machine for laundry was terrific. Our unit, flat 10, had two bedrooms which worked great for our four-person family. The staff helped keep the items we needed (laundry soap, coffee pods).

These are minor comments: the TV was ok, though the remote was slow to operate. The hot water heater worked fine, but we were advised that four people would use the hot water up if we all took consecutive showers. The floors are very ‘unlevel’ in one of the bedrooms.

The flat was incredibly clean and well stocked for our long- weekend stay. Very comfortable beds and soft carpets. Only a 2 minute walk to Sloane Square tube station. Our welcome host was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite my negative thoughts in the other box, I would stay here again.

WARNING: They have their own self check-in app and you have to pay a £500 deposit (which I got back 7 days after leaving). I'm sure it's written somewhere on this website, but it was an unwelcome surprise. What happened to just having a credit card on file for damages? There is also an optional £15 per day per person deposit in case something breaks. Our host as we left didn't really want to know. He didn't even ask if our stay was alright. Yes, he looked after our bags for the day, but we barely got a "safe trip" as we left.
