Very nice one bed apartment. New, modern and with all the essentials included. The location is excellent, staff super friendly. Very quiet area, perfect to stay if you don’t want to pay food in restaurants every day.

I didn't like that is mandatory to pay a deposit of £500 on top of your bill in case you break anything. The problem is that is totally discretionary to them to check the apartment after you left and charge anything they want and I had to take pictures of everything in order to avoid any charges and now still waiting if they are gonna make up something.

The location was excellent! It was super easy to access Picadilly, District + Circle lines, as well as buses along Kings Road. (Both South Kensington + Sloane Square tube stations were an easy walk). Walking distance to most of the major museums, Hyde Park + even Buckingham Palace. Supermarkets also nearby. Studio flat felt fairly spacious for 3 people and was well equipped and clean. We arrived early afternoon before check-in time and were able to leave our bags with the concierge to go off and explore.

We found it got a bit hot in our room at night as there was no way to really control the temperature (other than turning radiators right down and opening windows). Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. As others have mentioned, the Porters weren't the friendliest bunch. For those on tighter budgets it's important to note that they do charge a £350 deposit to your card on arrival. We checked out on Thursday morning and it's now 4 full working days later (plus a weekend) and it still hasn't been released back into our account.

Staff at the concierge (entrance of the building) were nightmare. You need to leave your keys everytime you’re leaving the apartment which is OK. One night they lost our keys and blamed us. They checked the cctv (couldnt find us as we’re ghosts) and made us wait more than 30 mins at midnight. When the tension rise, young guy even used f… words to us. Eventually they used the master key and we got in the room and 10 mins later older one bring our keys and said “pigeons got it” it was horrible.

The only thing I didn't like was the constant pressure BEFORE arriving to send my credit card details before arrival. I replied that in any case I would send my details by email (to avoid fraud) and I would present the card at checkin, but they kept asking for it. In the end on the day of the check in I wasn't even asked for my card details. I asked if they needed it and the receptionist said no... ??

Great Location. Had the appartment 810.Was quiet and great view. Good kitchen. The main bed is great. My daughter 6 slept well on the sofa bed, but would't recommend it for an adult. The appartment is small but has everything in it.

Kept getting emails to send a copy of my credit card. When i replied i didnt get an answer. Ended up calling, but also there no return call. But wasn't necessary in the end. Glad i didn't send the copy.

It was lovely having a one bedroom in the heart of Kensington. Great location close to Kings Road and public transport

My only peeve was the scanty supplies. Two half rolls of toilet paper for a week. No basic supplies in the kitchen. But the kitchen was lovely.

I really liked it here. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the bus and 10 from underground, the shop is just across the street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable also the staff was very nice and helpful. Surely I will come back here;)

Great location. The room has everything you'd need and more. The wifi is very good.

The staff could have been a little nicer. They seem annoyed and exasperated for unknown reason.

Everything. Location was fabulous- lovely neighborhood close to transport. The apartment had everything we could possibly need, including dishwasher and laundry. Everything felt new and clean in the room. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Street is a little noisy at night, and we had to sleep with windows open for temperature. Bring earplugs!
