The location was in the heart of Knightsbridge a very high-end location. Very safe and walkable to all parts of the city. The best thing about Egerton House Hotel is by far the staff. Every person you came in contact with was extremely helpful, kind and full of enthusiasm. They all went above and beyond to help me in every way. The breakfasts were amazing, and you could try a variety of different items as they offered a large assortment of options. The little touches from turn down service with nightly fresh baked goodies from the pastry chef, personalized notes, daily fruits, waters, tea and coffees. The bar staff was amazing with so many personalized touches. They treated you like royalty and it would make me return over and over.

Perfection from my first messages to the Egerton before I arrived, answering all my questions, booking the hairdresser, some meals out etc. for me. Then booking cabs, giving advice on where to go / eat once I had arrived. Warmest welcome from Rosie on the evening I arrived, exhausted after 26 hour flight from Australia. Quick check in, bags whisked up to my gorgeous (kindly upgraded) room. The best egg and watercress sandwiches and beautiful tea on silver tea service appeared in my room. Slept so blissfully on super comfy enormous bed. Room cleaned and tidied immaculately every day, and set up for bed each night. Loads of breakfast options - fresh, continental with overnight oats, fruit, juices and toast. Enough for me, but hot options too. Shakshuka was brilliant to linger over on Sunday morning with the newspapers. Had some work to do - the Drawing Room with a pot of tea made a perfect office. All staff could not have been more helpful: thank you Rosie, Cleà, Jacques, Mustafa, Sarah, Benjamin, ...and I've forgotten some names (sorry.) Perfect for this nearly 60 but youthful!) lady travelling solo. Well done, team!

A longer stay!

All was perfect. Location of the hotel a bit besides the main attractions did not any matter because of allmost perfect underground tube. The style of the hotel (classical or traditional English?) I liked very much. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable (In the morning I felt really rested). Even pillows (tehir thickness) were perfect for me. I am not used to sleep at so thick mattress but it suprprised me in positive way with comfort. Breakfasts and diner was delicious and interior of restaurant was really nice and pleasant. I appreciate much help of the reception personal with booking of our flying tickets and booking a taxi to the theater. Staff at the reception was allways very helpful. Bathroom was nice and clean. I liked the carpets in the rooms and in the hallways and corridors. Big positive surprise for us was help from personal with our bagage to our rooms.

I fought only a bit with the system of the shower (cold and hot water), but this is only my problem and has no influence to my general evaluation. During our stay we came to nothing negative about rooms, comfort, personal of the hotel, its location or breakfasts and diner.

Every staff member with whom we interacted was cordial and professional. The hotel was well-located and beautifully maintained. Perhaps the best surprise was the excellent quality of the breakfast provided, along with the attentive service in the breakfast area. The ingredients were fresh and very well prepared, and the setting is cozy and tranquil. The hotel is situated very near both the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods, and within a short walk to two Piccadilly Line underground stations,

I don’t quite know where to begin. We had the most amazing stay here last weekend to celebrate our wedding. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and went exactly to plan. We were so sad to leave after the weekend was over. We will 100% be back next year to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms are decorated so very tasteful. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The staff helped us with anything we needed and were all so polite and wished us well with our marriage. Breakfast was very tasty. They even kept the bar open for us a little later so that we could celebrate with a champagne when we got in on Saturday evening. Thank you to everyone at the Egerton House hotel for the best wedding weekend and the most wonderful memories.

This is a small traditional English hotel on a quiet street, superbly situated near Harrods and Victoria and Albert Museum. Our deluxe king room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel’s greatest asset is its staff! They were extremely helpful in our inquiries and accommodating to our requests. A service far beyond the usual London hotel…

We had the English breakfast one morning. It was delicious! We just think the price was disproportionate.

Everyone was tremendously helpful, kind & concerned when I became ill on my last full day there. On all the other days they answered all my questions, help secure theater tickets & recommend restaurants, shops & reserved taxi's for me. My room impeccable with a very soothing & relaxing decor. Housekeeping was very attentive to my requests & my room was well taken care of.

Only that it was difficult to see where things were kept in the bar area of the room. Such as the bottle opener. I recommended housekeeping place it on top of the refrigerator instead of hiding it in the box.

Our room was very clean and spacious, the daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. Lovely breakfast (most mentionable were the delicious homemade pancakes), and very good coffee. The lounge and bar area were so comfortable and the food served there was also delicious. A great asset to this hotel are the wonderfully friendly and efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble and we were always made to feel very well taken care of.

The charging facilities for our various devices could be more up to date, the only access point is on the desk, there are no points available bedside. The tv in our room was not a smart tv.

We loved the home away from home feel & the great location

Considering we’ve stayed at this property multiple times and for extended periods of time we were given a microscopically sized room during our last visit. There was also no initiative to find a solution for us when we made our dissatisfaction known to the front desk stuff on duty.

We have stayed at the Egerton several times and will continue to do so in the future. We love this small hotel for its location, the staff, and the wonderfully cozy rooms. I love seeing the cheery cascading florals around the entrance when we round the corner to Egerton Terrace. When we step inside, seeing the familiar faces of the wonderful staff, who are always so welcoming and helpful. The rooms/bathrooms are well-appointed and have elevated design and comfort. For location, it is a short few blocks to Harrods, Harvey Nichols, the South Ken Tube, and Hyde Park, with great restaurants tucked in here and there.
