Very spacious accommodation advertised as 3 bed apt so we hadn’t appreciated that it would be over 4 floors with so much additional space. Check in was easy, welcoming and we were able to leave our bags and head off for the day. Great location with easy access to 2 underground stations, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Would have no problem recommending this for families and would happily stay again, many thanks to Ridah and the team.

The property was located in the heart of Knightsbridge, and less than 5 min walk from Harrods and the underground. The apartment was so comfortable, everything was new and fine and it was equipped with everything you might need while away from home. Attention to detail has been paid in all aspects. We made a last minute booking and the team was so helpful. We will come back soon!

I would love to give this beautiful townhome MORE than a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect for our family while we were in London for the week. Easy access. We used Uber for transportation, and there was always a driver within less than 3 minutes. Delightful restaurants nearby. Close proximity to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods. The office staff were welcoming and responded to all of our questions and needs.

There was nothing that we didn't like, even the washing machine and dryer! First Class all the way!

It's a bit more costly than other chevals or 5 stars, but the cleanes, location, staff, design and size, all make it worthwhile.

Cheval Knightsbridge is a place I'd definitely stay at again. The location, apartment and customer service is all top notch. In fact, the actual apartment itself would be an apartment I'd happily live in let alone rent for a few days. Random bonus point; I love the toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand-wash and hand cream all by a company called Arran. Absolutely beautiful smell and top quality.

There's not much I didn't like about the apartment. Maybe the colour of the chairs or some of the decorations. Other than that, I'd say it's a near perfect place to stay at.

Beautiful apartment and location. The staff was amazing and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our luggage. Our luggage was in the apartment when it was available. This made our stay exceptional. Truly top-notch service and place.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All of them are welling to go above and beyond to service you. The location is great and centered, very close to Harolds mall and Hyde park. The property is clean.

It was a bit dated and in need of renovation.

We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we arrived. Reception like in a luxury hotel. Top location, large apartment, very courteous service.

The heating was a bit difficult to control, a shower head in the bathroom was loose, the fan in the bathroom was constantly running and a bit loud. But I would like to emphasize that these were really only minor issues that did not detract from the overall experience.

Beautiful property- very well appointed & decorated - extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean … in fact the property was cleaned every day of our stay and our beds made when we returned after a day out in London
