All the attributes of a good-level hotel are present! The staff and cuisine are top-notch! In the evening, you can relax in the SPA. The location is good, shops of various levels are within walking distance, the metro is nearby.

The price of breakfast seemed too high to me. The difference from the Bulgari hotel in Paris with the same level of room - there was no welcome compliment.

The hotel is special, the best position, both for shopping and for a walk in the open air. The smell inside is clean, fresh, relaxing. I felt at home. I liked the tea in the room, always a different variety, kept warm in a thermos, accompanied by different cakes every day. You felt that someone thought of you. When London is on our travel list, we will only choose Bulgari hotel.

I was double charged for the room . Once by booking.com and once by hotel. Still no refund for 1 of the debts after 8 days and no resolution in sight

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. A special thank you to Mr. Palmer, who was especially helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Night security guy/ manager ??, made us feel we should have ended our evening a little too early in the lounge, and we felt we had to call it a night 1130ish pm and the our servicer who was very plesent , suggested we use room service , but that was not we wanted , but our family who came up for drinks , and we retired for the evening , at no time were we loud or offended any guests as we sitting by the fire place, but our fourth stay now, and we visit the bar on a fairly regular basis., but would always like to stay again

Location and the room size is very convenient with many areas for storage, cleanness, and you will be spoiled by the delicious treats you get every day

This five star hotel is worth staying at. Very luxury hotel. The Spa is just exceptional ! The food is delicious. Everything in this hotel is luxurious. Big thanks to the Chef, the restaurant Manager Constantino.this guy is so friendly and talkative. many thanks also to Marilena at the Reception. Both of you gave me an unforgettable experience .

As soon as you walked in the staff were welcoming, the lobby smelt beautiful and the friendliness of people was amazing. Stunning hotel in a good location with amenities all around you. This is a perfect stay for a special occasion even for one night. If I compare it with the Shard this hotel is definitely better.

Could not find the light in the toilet? I know it’s separate from the main bathroom which (was stunning) but a brighter light would be sensible and safer.
