The location was superb, next to a tube station and all the museums. The apartment was modern and fitted out well, with comfortable beds. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 3.

The windows were broken, some did not open, some opened too far and were dangerous. The kitchen needed new drinking glasses/wine glasses. There was no lift direct, and we needed to lift a heavy case up two flights of stairs. The wardrobe door was broken.

Lovely, relatively spacious flat in a brilliant, central location. :) Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, fridge was clean. Cosy furnished, new bathroom.

The flat is actually a little bit more shabby than it appears on the images… there are areas around the windows and walls that need repair…the bed’s headboard was falling off, revealing sharp nails (not ideal with little kids around), but the main thing we didn’t like is that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned… when we dropped a toy underneath the couch where my son was sleeping, it was horrible… very dirty, dusty, with crisps etc…. we also found some hairs on the toilet seat and sticky stains on the bedroom floor… It really seems as the flat has a fast turn-around of guests, so it was just cleaned on the surface with new sheets and towels.

Breakfast was not provided since it was an apartment with kitchen or I would say we did not opt for it… location was good since it was right next to a tube station

Apartment was on 3 rd floor and lift was only till 2 nd floor so difficulty in reaching the luggage but best if one is travelling light … but this shld be mentioned in the booking that there is no elevator.

Very confusing location. The room is a nice size for a family of 3. It also has a small desk which was very convenient as I had some documents to finalize for my work. Having access to a kitchen was also appreciated as we didn't want to eat out every day for every single meal.

TV was a bit difficult to use. I don't have Netflix account, only Crave which isn't available in the UK. It would be nice if there was a BBC streaming account for the apartment which would allow guests to watch BBC even if they don't have a personal account. When I visit UK, I always look forward to checking out the British shows and movies we don't get in Canada and the US.

The location was exceptional, just a block from the Tube and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and well maintained, and the communication was great.

Finding the property was difficult and confusing, it is actually IN number 5 - The Bocca Lounge. Accessing the unit was very difficult. There is a lift to take you to the first floor, but if you don't want to take all your luggage up four flights of stairs, the lift to take you to the rental units is extremely sketchy. There were NO hangers or places to hang clothing, despite having plenty of cabinets and "closets", and the bathroom was absolutely nowhere to hand a towel or put toiletries, even though the options to do so were endless -- just a couple shelves or hooks would be great.

The location! It was less than 5 minutes walk from south Kensington station. 8 minutes walk to a good size waitrose supermarket. Safe area. The apartment was bright. It had a small lift for our suitcases which was helpful. Staff were very helpful and helped with luggage on arrival. Had a washing machine and I asked for a clothes line which staff got for us. We were there mid September and it was very warm. It did have an aircon which worked well. The bar close by was loud overnight but stopped eventually. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The location was great. The apartment size was good, fit for 3 people. The bathroom and shower was very good. Wifi was strong. The security downstairs was so friendly.

They said that there’s a lift. In fact I have to carry the luggage upstairs 2 times because the lift was not at every floor. It was quite uncomfortable for a person with herniated disk like me. Luckily I didn’t travel alone, so my friends helped me with the luggage. Another thing was the hair dryer, better to bring yours.
