The room was very nice and the location was central and very handy for everything.Breakfast was very nice

We went to eat in Marco’s restaurant one night and were put at an already settable but it was dirty and had a few sticky circles from wet glasses on the table previously. Pretty unimpressive. Poor Breakfast staff lovely but rushed off their feet. We couldn’t get a towel one day at the swimming pool …. Wednesday 21st May 1600 as nobody was manning the leisure health club desk. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because we would use it. It was a real pain in the neck …….. Poor.

Room was clean and big, staff are very welcoming and very helpful. Hotel bar and restaurant was lovely. Breakfast even though is extra is well worth it as you can eat as much or as little as you want and have a good variety of options for all preferences.

No real air conditioning in the room only water cooled free standing units, the staff did what they could to keep it cool but was just circulating the warm air in the room as we had an internal room with balcony but couldn't open the door due to the balcony not being up to height safety stands. The hotel corridors and reception were nice and cool but the rooms were baking. Having to pay for parking at the full rate was also something you jeed to be aware of £15.00 per 25hrs. Surly the hotel could do a deal with the car park owners.

Everything about this place was brilliant. Definitely coming back here. Right from checking-in, to breakfast, to room service, to checking-out, and the refurbished rooms all was top notch. Mirka at the check-in counter is an absolute professional and is an invaluable asset. Gave us the best of the best. Karen at the breakfast counter is a phenomenal person, more of a friend now and look forward to seeing her again. Bow, who works in the evening was an excellent person who served us dinner and drinks. Great memorable stay and look forward to visting this place often during my corporate travels.

Gym could have more equipment like a squat rack, that's about it.

The hotel staff where extremely helpful, I can honestly say this was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, I have been to a few. We had a meal in the evening in the hotel bar and it was amazing, much better than we ever expected for eating in a hotel bar. Every one was just so nice and helpful throughout. The hotel room was spotless, the towels smelt and looked lovely and fresh and a good supply of shower gels and shampoo. Also in a very good location, thee shopping centre opposite was amazing.

Parking costs should really be included for those staying over. Would be very expensive to park over a longer period of time.

The hotel was fabulous, and the room was spectacular, one of the best family hotel rooms I have experienced in my holiday inn stays. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and every staff member wished her a happy birthday, she was given a voucher for free ice cream (best thing ever my daughter said), her own character key to the room which made her feel so grown up and cake/ birthday singing at breakfast, all prompted from the staff and not asked for. The swimming pool was a bonus and walking distance to the shopping centre with food outlets and bowling.

Parking fine for parking in what I thought was hotel parking. Maybe for reception to double check where people are parked to avoid the fine.

Fantastic location - few minutes walk to all local attractions; CentreMK, XLeisure, theatre, lots of bars and restaurants etc. Hotel itself is a great size and presented really well, hotel lobby and bar/restaurant very inviting - lots of seating and a a nice un-intrusive atmosphere. Wonderful, very accommodating staff who were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely, warm pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter and I. Breakfast was divine and plentiful, and set us up for the whole day. Luggage storage available to cram in the last bit of shopping after check-out. Was able to secure early check in and late check out which was very, very much appreciated after a long journey.

Only two minor things that will not affect our hotel of choice for our return journeys. We found some small bits of paper and hard plastic in our bed on arrival. The walls between rooms are thin - we felt very included in the birthday pre- celebrations that were taking place in our neighbours room, however once they departed for their night on the town all was quiet and we had a fabulous sleep. (I’m sure they can relate as we were up early chatting and laughing before going for breakfast and a swim which is not what you want when nursing a hangover I’m sure!)

The hotel was very clean. The staff we encountered were all very cheery, helpful and polite. The pool was good. The room was exactly what you would expect from a holiday Inn. Breakfast was very good and the staff really helpful; one of our party is gluten free and she was very impressed with the advice she was given.

Our room was very warm and the duvet far too hot. The pool opening times at weekends are restrictive. It open at 06:30 on weekdays and it would have been nice to have been able to go for an early morning swim on Saturday and Sunday.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice, loads of variety. The location is perfect for the shopping centre and has all these walkways to get around without having to face the traffic. what made this hotel was the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful.

All was great, nothing I didn't like. The only issue we had was the noise of other guests drinking and shouting in the hall as if they were the only people in the hotel. (Selfish really) But this is not a reflection on the hotel or the staff.

To put it simply, everything. Me and my partner decided to stay here for our 9 Year Anniversary, as we found it had a beautiful corner balcony room. The hotel is beautiful as soon as you walk in. The dining/bar area is absolutely stunning and is really lovely to have a sit down with a drink. The people at the desk were very lovely and helpful. Any issues we had were quickly sorted and resolved. The room was beautiful. Stayed in a balcony room, me and my partner and I were stunned at how beautiful and clean it was, including the bathroom. We will be staying again in May for my partners birthday, hopefully in the same room as we loved it so much; we will also be staying again much more in the future!

The staff were so kind and friendly. Great value for money and location wise it’s near the shops, so much to see or do. The spa and pool are included in the hotel stay so another great perk. Thank you to the staff who were very helpful. 10/10 will stay again 🤗

The only issue I had was the fact that people who didn’t have a blue badge were parking in the hotels limited disabled bays, which for me as a wheelchair user is very frustrating. The staff did mention that they unfortunately couldn’t do anything about it, however if you have a blue badge they will give you free parking.
