The pool surrounded by greenery was refreshing in the humidity of the city. There was always infused water and cold chrysanthemum tea at the lobby. The doormen/tuktuk driver/bell desk staff were especially friendly. And there was a coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle at the common area on the 8th floor. Also it is walking distance to massage, 7eleven, and a few restaurants. Big C, Tops, Rolling Roasters are at 10 min walk. Here Hai restaurant, Cum coffee, Healthland, UnFashion cafe & Don Donki are also within 15 mins walk but tere is also a free tuktuk service every 30 mins if you want to save energy.

It was a bit dark to walk down the allet to the main street at night.

Nice and clean apartment. Close to bts train. The ekamai station is at the green line. Five to six stations to Siam paragon mall. The staff were exceptional. The concierge guys were so hospitable. Mcdonalds is at walking distance.

The room rent is fairly high for the property of this type. The airconditioner in the apartment was working but i think its quite old for the property managed by somerset. Even the passage ways to the room were too hot and no Ac or a fan. The fridge was empty with no drinks and snacks.

Our stay at Somerset Ekamai Bangkok Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located, about 45 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 20-25 minutes to/from DMK Airport. It consists of three buildings (A, B, C), and we stayed in Tower A, where the gym and spa are located. The restaurant, situated in Tower B just across from our building, offers the convenience of ordering food directly to your room—a huge plus! The hotel provides a free shuttle minibus to Ekamai Station every 30 minutes until 4 PM, which is very convenient, though the station is also just a 10-minute walk away. The area is vibrant, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a supermarket, and a shopping center. For airport transfers, they offer a shuttle van service at an additional cost. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We were able to leave our belongings at the hotel five days before check-in, which was a lifesaver. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning and the option to request specific cleaning times via the reception or Line App. Our room in Tower A was spacious, with a great view and all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and a balcony, which was a nice touch. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water daily (with the option to request more) and reliable internet connection. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if we’re in Bangkok for more than a day. Clean and simple rooms with shared kitchen facilities and common room areas. The pool and gym were nice and there was a spa with nice staff. Breakfast was good and you could custom request hot drinks, eggs and noodles. Shuttle service to the train station was appreciated.

The rooms were split across three towers which meant reception, swimming pool, gym and spa were in one tower, breakfast in another tower and my room was in the third tower which meant walking across the whole complex to get anywhere which wasn't very convenient. Staff were a bit slow at reacting to requests (took me 2 hours to get toilet paper) and only one large and one small towel was provided.

Everything is present in terms of daily living needs in the room. Very precisely so too, regarding the kitchen facilities (including washing machine). This was one of two rooms for my stay in this hotel. I wish I had kept this room for longer. Perfect for my needs, a good area for me to locate myself. I lived in Somerset Seoul for a month and was perfectly happy there; it was by pure chance I went with Somerset again in BKK and it’s such a better option than a base-standard hotel room.

There was nothing to fault the hotel on. It was a great place to arrive at and experience. Pity I had to leave.

We booked the 2 room suite for 5 nights, it was very comfortable, the staff were so kind, the breakfast was decent, there was a beautiful pool and gym that unfortunately we had no time to try. The city view from the rooms was splendid. A 7/11 is just a few steps away, and grab delivered food from all over Bangkok within an hour.

It is a bit far from the city center - we took a 30 min grab ride to iconsiam district and back the first day, then quickly discovered the ekkamai bts station was a stone throw from the hotel, so this was super convenient.

Overall, very pleased with my stay at Somerset Ekkamai hotel. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Staff were very attentive and accommodating to requests ensuring I was comfortable with my stay. They even helped with getting around Bangkok and using public transport. Location was also good in that it was short walk from BTS station which conveniently allowed me to visit different parts of the city. There are nearby shopping malls, cafes, rooftop bars, massage parlours, Big C supermarket making it very accessible if you don’t fancy going outside Ekkamai.

Staff is Friendly and very helpful. Always greeting with a smile. The apartment was lovely, spacious and ideal for all us. Loved the location - it was very convenient to walk to BTS and restaurants and shops in the daytime. Super easy to get around. The pool needs some sun - its in a shady area and even though its hot, you still want the warmth of the sun when you come out. Other than that - this is a good hotel for families. also Pet friendly - so nice to bring the rest of the family on holiday!

I didn't like the construction around the area - its loud in the morning and starts early. But there's really nothing you can do about that.

Perfect location. The building isn't at the main street so it's so quiet area. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to means of transportation
