The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, there is almost nothing around except highways. That's why a choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner is limited to their restaurant. It's a good one, food and view although pricy but staff impudently deceives in the checks. After fraud cases the manager girl even didn't. apologises ...It was very unpleasant and ruin the impression but that's just some people not all staff. Be careful and make sure you check invoices. That's noisy at night but I knew about it and used good earplugs

The facilities are first class. The rooms very well appointed and designed, comfortable beds; lovely garden with very nice pool plus a separate seaside sun and swimming deck which turns into a restaurant in the evenings. Main bar and restaurant large and pleasant with views out to Samos. Location is easy to find on the main highway south through Kusadasi with good parking. Our welcome from Banu was great and she was very helpful when we asked if we could move rooms. The valet (Yusuf I think his name is) deserves a special mention. The young staff overall were very nice but the service could be hit and miss. The food and drinks were good although expensive (European prices).

The service was hit and miss: some staff needed more training and most had very limited english (though more than I have turkish) which led to misunderstandings with orders and often several conversations with other staff members to clarify. Yet 10% service is automatically added to all food and drink bills. During the day it’s a peaceful retreat but at night it can be less so. And this is my only hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the hotel: as others have noted it could be very noisy at night, sometimes from music from the bar but mostly from the party hotel next door which went on late. Otherwise an excellent and easy to find choice for Kusadasi.

We had an absolutely great stay. The room was incredibly nice with the best view. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding of high quality. The bathroom was incredibly nice and equipped with everything we could dream off. The cleaning staff did a great job every dag with cleaning and replacing everything we used. When we phoned for extra coffee and comfier pillows, they delivered almost immediately. I see some people complained about the parties on a Friday and Saturday evenings - it really wasn’t that bad at all. We went prepared with ear plugs but we didn’t even need it. The breakfasts were absolutely brilliant - take the Aergean breakfast! The venue is amazing, with the windows that open almost all the way so you can hear the ocean right in front of you. The only downside was the deck that was under construction but it didn’t make our stay uncomfortable in any way, it would just have added some flair. Would we stay there again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat! (We stayed in 4 different places in Turkey and this was by far the best - in every sense!)

We had a fantastic stay at this 5 star beach resort. An absolute gem just outside of Kusadasi. The premises are stunning, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and a peaceful, elegant atmosphere throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well attended to, and we especially loved relaxing on our private garden facing patio. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The traditional breakfast was phenomenal, and the hotel’s main restaurant is easily one of the best in Kusadasi where every dish was an excellent experience, both in taste and presentation. The beach bar also offered delicious options, perfect for a more casual meal. Some reviews mentioned loud music, but during our 4 night stay, there was only one evening with a hotel-hosted concert. We were informed in advance, and while the music was louder that night, it didn’t bother us. In fact, we heard louder music from a neighboring hotel on other nights, which added to the vibrant summer atmosphere rather than detracting from it. The beach is directly accessible via a deck, with clean, soft sand and clear water. There’s even a water sports center nearby, which made for some fun and active moments. Since the hotel is outside the town center, we opted for taxis (around €10 each way), which was more convenient than driving and parking ourselves. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area on foot, though walks beyond the resort take you along busier roads and through residential neighborhoods. For a more scenic stroll, Long Beach with its many local restaurants is about a 30 minute walk away. All in all, this resort is a perfect mix of relaxation, excellent service, and top-tier dining. Highly recommended for a luxurious and peaceful beachside escape!

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. The gym was a real disappointment for our teenage son. It is more of a wellness room focused on cardio and Pilates, with no real weight training equipment, which was unexpected for a resort of this caliber. Additionally, we found the prices at the hotel to be noticeably higher compared to other high star Mediterranean beach resorts we’ve visited. That said, prices across Turkey have gone up in general lately, so it’s something to keep in mind when planning.

Very comfortable, large room with quiet & efficient aircon, safe, and other facilities. Pretty gardens and pleasant pool. Delicious food and excellentwine choices - but expensive. Competent Receptionists and friendly, helpful bell hops.

Breakfast - guests could have the "full" breakfast (huge tray of salad, eggs, clotted cream, butter, jams, olives, breads, yoghurt pot) and 1 other dish from menu. Straight "No" to request for granola and bread basket (only) so wasted 90% of full breakfast each day. Inadequate sound proofing of bedrooms as very loud live music played each evening. Unfriendly senior restaurant staff (with exception of sommelier). Prices of dinner menu overly high.

The hotel has far exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived, the customer relations person, Banu, has been extremely helpful with all of our questions. She was so friendly and we felt like we had known her for years. The room was one of the most modern places we have stayed, very clean. The hotel staff has been very friendly, and we enjoyed our time at their hamam, steam room and sauna. The pool side deck has been perfect to enjoy our time and sunbathing. The pool side was also exceptionally beautiful surrounded by many trees and plants. We will definitely come back to this hotel very soon and recommend very highly to everyone!

We booked a room with the pool out front. We loved it. We had a private patio and could relax in the pool all day. We even had a view of the Mediterranean. The breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed eating at the restaurant along the water and the food was delicious! We dod a quick getaway and had perfect weather for our trip. The massage I got at the spa was relaxing. The hotel is a quick cab ride to restaurants along the beach if you want to get away.

There was some road noise at night but it wasn’t too bad. We were prepared for the nightly club noise and brought our own ear plugs and we could not hear a thing. So it was not an issue for us.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing. They were all so kind and helpful with all my needs. This place is so clean and so beautiful and so quiet. The food options were amazing would definitely recommend it. This hotel feels like home away from home you wouldn’t want to leave. How could I forget about the Spa, the spa was absolutely amazing. They were all so professional, the spa was so clean and relaxing it was amazing. The manager was very welcoming upon my arrival and was there for anything I needed. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, will definitely be back again in the summer. Thank you for an amazing stay🙂

When we arrived we had such a warm welcome by Banu , the guest relations manager who immediately gave us a homy feeling & always assisted when we needed something, had questions, basically anything She made our stay amazing. The rooms are perfect everything you need , I loved the long pool where i could jump in from my terrace as wel as the bathroom products from Atelier Rebul. The breakfast and staff was out of this world fresh squeezed juice and all this yummie food , what a treat every morning. We loved the funky beach club and the party entertainment at night, every night was so much fun We will definitely be back !

This was a great stay in Kusadasi. We were looking for a place to spend a few days by the water. We did not venture into town other than to go on a boat trip one day, so I can't speak to the town itself. The resort was very nice - good food, good drinks, great service, nice facilities. Felt like it was an excellent value.

Other commenters have noted the loud music at night. It's a real thing, however it didn't disrupt us too much. They're very straight forward about it being a lively, party type environment. Again, not an issue for us, but if you're sensitive to noise be aware.
