there is no view . the other rooms of the hotel was the view 😔 there is no coffee machine in room 🥴 The room is designated for people with special needs.For me it's fine but there are ropes hanging from the ceiling above the bed and in the bathroom. The water tap is not working properly and smoothly. We asked the reception to extend our stay in the room for one additional hour, but our request was refused.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and kids club is available. Easy parking. Situated next to Mall of Qatar which is a big advantage

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was massive actually, the restaurant for breakfast has all the options for food and it’s at the hall anyway , great location The staff was so friendly, from the very beginning they made our stay so easy , big Thanks to receptionist Khadijah she was extremely helpful and friendly.

every thing was amazing . the room comfort and facilities. the staff support . the bathroom was luxurious . 😅 being connected to the Mall of Qatar . and walking distance to the Metro station. and AlRayan stadium . not near to the city centre. but you can reach any location by Metro easily.

It is attached to the Mall. The staff are very friendly. The mattress was comfortable.

The pressure of the water in the shower was weak. Could not change my room. I wnated my mother to be on the same floor with us because she is old. Could not checkout late.
