Front desk warm welcome attitude. Location is in the center of many eateries. Room is clean and size is good.

Corridor leading to lift lobby is too dark. The room curtain switch is not user friendly. The desk chair has no wheels and it is very heavy. The socket outlets on the desk top are so inconvenient to be reached. Not comfortable or felt safe with housekeeping bcos majority are male gender..

Excellent location to explore Singapore. The free walking tour was brilliant. The room was great, loved the quirky layout and the staff on the front desk were really helpful. The free happy hour was a great way to meet fellow guests and a rare treat to be given free wine, beer or refreshments in a hotel.

The bar/restaurant didn't open until 5pm and was overpriced for the quality of food. The roof space was a wonderful, fab pool, excellent views, good seating ...but didn't serve drinks. The "gym" was definitely an after thought and appeared to be the end closet on three floors...so you had to use the stairs to go between the weights room and cardio machines. Very odd! and all the rooms were cramped, hardly room for more than one person to train.

We loved our week long stay at this lovely boutique hotel in such a great location, close to everything!! All of the staff are amazing & so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The rooftop pool is a haven after a day’s sightseeing & the happy hour every evening is a lovely touch! Our room had amazing views of the city, which were spectacular at night. We were lucky enough to spend 2 Saturday’s there & could see the fireworks & the parachutists rehearsing for National Day on 9 August!! Highly recommend this hotel & we will stay again on our next trip to gorgeous Singapore!!!

My stay at Naumi Hotel Singapore was a very pleasant experience. I spent four nights there and felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my entire stay. The room was modern, clean, and tastefully furnished, with a beautiful view of the city. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality room amenities. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. The hotel has an excellent location – just a few minutes’ walk from the MRT station and close to major attractions. Breakfast was tasty, but after a few days it felt a bit repetitive and could be more varied. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel allowed me to relax well after long days. A big plus was the rooftop terrace with a pool offering a stunning view. Overall, I consider Naumi Hotel a great choice for staying in Singapore.

Loved it. The location is amazing ... neighboring Raffles, 1 block from terrific restaurants and walking distance to all sights and restaurants/shopping... although you may want to GRAB/cab in the afternoon as Singapore is hot. Loads of good transport around. Swam every evening at the rooftop pool, great happy hour with this amazing view morning noon and night. Room is small but enough. I was able to do yoga in the mornings, great workout facilities. The room was quiet, with blackout curtains, a good bed, good shower pressure, great view. I really want to call out the Staff as always going the extra mile, especially VJ and Syukran.

That I didn't stay longer. I found the pillows a bit hard in all Asia hotels, and was comfortably used to it by the end of our trip.

What an awesome hotel!! So close to everything we needed, including three MRT stations within walking distance to get you to any line you need. Heaps of good eat streets within walking distance, as well as a shopping plaza in Bugis. We loved the daily happy hour in the rooftop pool area, fantastic to watch the sun set, and it was always chill and relaxed up there. The fitness facilities were amazing and we loved using them - three different rooms spread across three floors with different focus areas (for the pilates girlies, they have a reformer!!). Great size boutique hotel too, always quiet and had a great vibe. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us an early check in last minute due to a very early morning flight arrival. Would definitely stay here again, cannot recommend it enough.

I love the room and the different level gyms tho I didn’t get a chance to try it. The rooftop is pretty at night too. Room is spacious and comfortable, it smells nice too! The balcony area very cozy. Oh and the arts installations there are so cute and interesting too! Pretty cool especially the interactive ones in front of the elevator.

There is no bidet in the bathroom, but again as expected. Some area a bit dusty, like the curtains for the balcony it was dusty when I was trying to open the balcony area. There’s no room service? (Not that i am aware of) so kinda of a bummer to go out when you’re tired, but that’s just me

This is a cool little hotel in a fantastic location in Singapore. It is virtually across the street form the rear entrance to Raffles, with Bugis Junction, Raffles City and Marina Bay only a short walk away. Orchard Rd is walkable but if it's too hot- its a very short Grab /taxi ride away. JR on reception made us feel very welcome and we loved the complimentary drink by the gorgeous rooftop infinity pool bar! The room was reasonable size and was equipped w filtered water tap, wine glasses and coffee maker and an iron and ironing board under the bed- brilliant!

My only gripe is there is actually not much counter space for your skincare, cosmetics etc. Not having a "real" basin area is a minor problem- as u have a cool lit up marble cabinet instead- it doesn't quite give a girl enough space BUT having said that- we opened up the ironing board and viola!! Extra space to spreads out!

We have stayed here multiple times on a stopover to break up the long haul trips from Australia to the UK. We choose to return as it’s a lovely little boutique hotel with amazing staff who are always so friendly, this goes from front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The rooftop pool is lovely. Perfect temperature with great views of the city. The hotel is pretty close to most attractions and just opposite Raffles Hotel. Raffles City shopping mall has a great choice of food on the lower ground floor, more touristy and expensive. On the second floor there is a food hall with local vendors which is much much cheaper and the food is delicious. The hardest part is choosing what you want to eat. There’s never enough meal times to fit everything in.

Naumi Hotel Singapore is a fantastic choice! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a couple of must-go cocktail bars, adding a vibrant nightlife option. The surrounding area offers an excellent mix of gourmet dining and authentic local eateries, catering to every palate. Its close proximity to the MRT makes exploring Singapore a breeze. The hospitality here truly shines—big shout out to Thatcha, Francis, JR, and the team for their warm, exceptional service! I’ll definitely return on my next visit.
