We planned a one-night stay at the Cardinale Resort in Iasi in June to relax and unwind. Upon arrival, we were very surprised at how beautiful and well-maintained the hotel looked. At the reception desk, we received a warm welcome and were very helpful by Pabita, who immediately put us at ease. Our assigned room (102) was spacious and also had fully equipped and clean bathroom, so we immediately decided to book another night. The pool area with pool bar is well-maintained, well-stocked with sunbeds, and in a quiet location. The pool itself is large enough to cool off and swim on hot days. The included breakfast is good and more than enough, and the lunch and a la carte dinner (with a wide selection) are also very good. A big thank you to the Asian staff, Pabita, Joan (chef), and Jay, all speak very well English which made communication very easy and helped us in any way. They made our stay very pleasant and catered to all our needs; nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend the resort and will definitely return ourselves.

The quality of the service was awesome overall a very good positive attitude. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. There is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high. Very friendly staff, the atmosphere was great, especially during the weekends. Amazing view of the city during the night. Easy to get into town. Food is also really good. All the staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and host were very friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant is great.

We had a small issue with hot water but the host were very swift in fixing it. Internet connection is very weak on the upper floors.

The location is fabulous, the same as the view of the city. You have all you need and the staff is very friendly.

We had an AC in the room that it couldn’t be shut down(or we didn’t know how) so the room was pretty chill.

I have nothing but praise for this amazing place...the view, the personnel, the rooms and the pool are all excellent. To give it a rating lower than ten is just an insult to the establishment itself. Undoubtedly returning!

We had a dream weekend, a Bali-like experience as our younger daughter said. Peace and quiet with an awesome view. Luxury accommodation, excelent food, warm hosts. We can't wait to plan a new escape to Cardinale resort!

Very nice place, beautiful, with a great view, intimate, great servers, good food.

There wasn't anything i didn't like. Maybe i just wished that the food prices would be more reasonable, however they weren't too off.
