I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from February 4 to 8, 2025. I booked a junior suite, which was impressively spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, adding to the overall serene experience. That being said, I must commend the excellent housekeeping service. Special thanks to Hamid and Sajib, who were exceptionally professional, active, and honest. They responded quickly to requests and ensured that the room was always in perfect condition.

However, I found the bathroom to be quite compact, with only one washing sink, which could be improved for better convenience.

I had a pleasant stay at Copthorne Makkah Naseem Hotel from January 6 to 11, 2025. The junior suite was spacious and offered a beautiful view of Al Rajhi Grand Mosque, which made my experience truly enjoyable. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

However, the limited parking space was a bit of a challenge and somewhat disturbing, especially during peak hours. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for better convenience.

The power was already activated in the room to prepare the A/C & heating. Breakfast was good with wide variety. Complimentary water was provided in larger size compared to other hotels. The bathroom was super clean.

Plastic stirrers for the hot drinks. The room is not soundproof, you could hear the noises out the door and through the window. Finding directions is a bit difficult. It took me some time to find the reception, then the elevators, then my room. There were few tiny flying insects probably from the window that was left a little open.

Room was good

Shuttle Bus service was not good. Bus keeps waiting for hours until its full and many peoples were standing even pregnant ladies were standing . Instead they should start shuttle bus service as per timing if time is up Bus should move either it has 10 passengers or 20 .. bus service should be as per time not as per passengers

The room was furnished with all things we needed like a safe, iron...etc The breakfast was great. the people at the reception and the restaurant were great

The location from Al Haram Ash shreef : it's a little bit far more than 20 minutes by car. The bus though available, the drop point is far away from the Haram Ash shreef, we need to walk at least five minutes in the hot temperature of the holy city of Mecca. But the real problem that really needs to be addressed is the return trip to the hotel. It's almost impossible to find your bus from tens of buses that are parking there.

From the moment of arrival, the Copthorne Hotel impressed with its exquisite style and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by traditional Saudi hospitality of kahwa and dates in the aromatic hallways. While the rooms are pleasant despite compact bathrooms, it's the room service staff, especially Hamid, who truly elevate the experience with their exceptional warmth and professionalism – their genuine friendliness truly exemplifies the joy of hospitality. Highly recommended for both business travelers and those performing Umrah.

The location is far from haram but bus service is good and drop near haram at Ajyad. The breakfast was good, room was spacious and having sofa for 4 and coffee table. The hotels area surrounding big mosque, children play area, coffee shop , walk way to relax with family in evening. A plenty of outdoor parking space. We were late and hotel was properly responding to our messages via booking.com

They should start AC before arrival as it takes time, Ac was not functioning but hotel responded to our complaint in 10mins and it was resolved. They should add barber and massage machines as adjacent hotel have such facility which is quite good.

Location, although it's not near Haram but there are taxis and shuttle service. Good location for someone coming on a short trip for only Umrah purpose. Parking available. Quite hotel with good number of elevators. Food was okay with available options.

Small rooms and bathrooms. It's apparently a new hotel but things look like not maintained properly. The staff to help with luggage was not available at the reception and it was not a busy hotel so we carried our own luggage to and from the room at check-in and check-out. We had half-board option and we found the dinner and breakfast to be just OK. It can be easily improved. The rooms arrangement and directions on the floors is so confusing. You can easily get lost.

The price was amazing 🤩 , despite being located far from Haram. While the place is beautiful, I find that everything around is overpriced. However, overall, it's a 10/10 hotel.

The lack of food variety, specifically boneless fish, yoghurt, and fresh fruits like watermelon, strawberry, and apple, is a concern. 👀 Additionally, the ironing services offered downstairs and the barber shop are excessively overpriced, charging ten times more than the standard rate of two Saudi Riyal to wash and iron a thobe.😡
