I like the service and management of hotel.

the only thing is food as they provide for limited time that make it difficult for me to eat outside.

Situated in a good locality, a bit far from Haram though but there is a shuttle service running every hour. Breakfast is really good. This hotel also has a gym and massage chairs but has different timings for men and women

Wifi can be a lot better. It took us a few calls and some time before reception responded to our basic requests. The lighting in the room could have been better.

They had a great breakfast! The rooms were also very good and spacious, so good value for money. In terms of location, it’s a very peaceful area located just 1 minute away from the second biggest mosque in Makkah, and even for Masjid Al-Haram it’s just a 10-minute drive.

The biggest problem with the room we stayed in was that the hotel WiFi was dead and wasn’t reaching us for some reason. Also, we had booked two rooms and requested two single beds in one room, but they forgot to set it up and gave us a double. We manually separated the double to make two single beds—this wasn’t difficult, but it would have been nice if it had been done in advance. As this location is slightly off to the side, sometimes we got a taxi straight away, but other times we had to wait 5-10 minutes. So, a few things to keep in mind, but overall, it’s a great hotel for the price.

The iftar buffet collection is excellent but serving was disappointing. The very large chafing dishes used by them were constantly refilled without fully clearing the leftovers, which meant that by mid-service, the food presentation became unappetizing—bones and scraps remained in the trays. Unfortunately, I couldn't have my meal on the first day and ended up skipping iftar on the second day entirely as I found it off-putting. I've experienced many buffets at various price points, and the service approach here felt different in a way that affected the overall quality. That said, everything else about the hotel was excellent—the staff, amenities, and accommodations were great.

The front desk, great ppl and many thanks to the staff handling the complaint while staying, is the golden number (0) they are very professional very fast very elegant, there was a problem in my room, they changed quickly and complained about cleaning staff, they fixed it

The cleaning staff, and engineers as few things need maintenance and they don’t fix . The lighting in the hotel and room especially very low and little, don’t know why saving money on electricity bill 😅😅

Timing for the shuttle buses wasn't convenient. For instance, the bus for 7am should be changed to 8am or 9am to enable people do some azkar after subhi salah. The next bus is 11.20am which was far off.

on first day, 9am shuttle was missing and had to wait for 2 n half for next shuttle.

Everything is perfect and good.

Everything is good. Only one thing need to improve shuttle bus service timing need to be strictly follow timing as they mention. It’s always late from both ends.
